Painting two coats with approved cement paint best quality over the plastered surface including cleaning preparing the surface, curingetc complete the quality, shade/colour of paing shall be got approved by the executive engineer.

Supplying , Fabricating,Delivery and placing in position MS steel Ladder wide 0.45m made out of 50x50x6mm MS angle for sides and steps in 16mm MS plain rods fixed at 30cm c/c welded and Jointed etc. , Complete complying with stanard specification.

Supplying and Fixing of RCC inner access Ladder in RCC 1:11/2:3mix etc. , Complete complying with stanard specification.

Providing PVC ventilating arrangements mosquito proof nylon net with 110mm PVC cowl and as directed by Dpt. Officers

Providing Cut stone slab in CM 1:3 mix and as directed by Dpt. Officers
