(c) Water and Electricity will not be provided to manpower engaged in contract for cooking and daily routine work however Rs 300 per person per day will be charged if contracual labour uses electric and water within DRDO complex subjected to availability and permission of EIC and approval of Accepting Officer. (d) Complaints given by deptt rep will be attended within same day and must be rectified within 24 Hrs, in case of default doing so penalty of Rs 100 per hour after 24 hrs will be imposed to contractor and recovery will be made in RAR. (e) Drinking of alcohol,misconduct to dept rep/users/contractual labour by contractor or their rep, unauthorize movement, use of tobacoo in any form,sleeping in plant during or after duty hours ,any kind of recreational activities outdoor/indoor are strictly prohibited within DRDO complex and violation will attract penalty of Rs 5000.00 per event.
