Removing dry or oil bound distemper, waterproofing cement paint and the like by scraping, sandpapering, and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Applying wall putty of brand as mentioned in tender document point no 18 (ii), of average 1 mm thickness over plastered/ scraped wall to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Water thinnable primer coat of brand as mentioned in tender document point no. 18 (iv) on smoothened interior wall surface after applying putty or after sandpapering (having VOC content less than 50 grams/ litre)

For Seepage affected area: Waterproofing solution as mentioned in tender document point no. 18 (iii) to be applied over seepage affected area as directed before plastering the surface, including Cement for preparing waterproofing mixture

In seepage damaged walls, repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineering-Charge. With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand); cement as mentioned in point no 18 (vi) of tender document.

Waterproof /washable Emulsion paint (Antifungal and antibacterial) as mentioned in point no. 18 (i) of tender document. Three or more coats till even shade

Painting with Synthetic enamel paint of brand as specified in tender document point no. 18 (v), with required colour to give an even shade (Three or more coats of suitable shade with paint of specified brand and make).

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge.
