Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) any description and laid in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, coping, benching, bed block, lintel band, plinth courses etc and similar work including weathering,slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work , complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats synthetic enamelled paint to new steel surfaces after preparation over a coat of red oxide primer area over exc 10cm in width or girth etc , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new steel surfaces of any description n exc 10cm in width or girth and priming with red oxide zinc chrome and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint , complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Angle iron posts and rails,drilled and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, driiling holes, notching for wire, etc, flat iron fillets (for secruing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165. , complete all as specified and directed.

Mild screw bolts (Machine made) with hexagonal or square head at one ends and to fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square n.exc 15cm long, dia of neck 11 to 15mm , complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Galavinised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed wire with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing tying at crossing with and provision of galavanised mild steel wire staples pins etc as directed (each line wire to be measured) , complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down concertina coil of 1050mm dia in stress position not deep and aligned steel wire coated with CIR anti corrosive paints complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for concertina coil of 600 mm dia in stress position not deep and aligned steel wire coated with CIR anti corrosive paints making diamonds shape with the help of dove tail clips (18 SWG ) fixed over barbed wire with the angle iron, the concertina coil is to be fixed with barbed wire at points where coil touched the bottom points where coil touched the bottom barbed wire with the help of lug rings (24 SWG) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork built in cement or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches pillar etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Old size Brick work with flyash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 20 mm thick in CM 1:6 on stone masonary surface, finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of RCC of any description and in any position not other wise specially provided for reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre cast cement concrete 1:1.5:3, type A-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in cover slabs (for manholes etc) and similar articles with plain faces, set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild Steel TMT bar 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns hooking ends and binding with & including Mild Steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Repair to pot holes any depth, not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, and making good by applying tack coat @ 5 Kgs per 10 Sqm and laying premixed bituminious macadam well rammed and sealed with paving bitumen 60/70 or VG-30 grade@ 9.8 Kgs per 10 Sqm, blinded with 0.09 Cum of stone chipping of size 6.3mm and again well rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller (Iincluding supply of pre-mixed macadam, binder and chipping) depth of pot holes exc 30mm complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for Preparing existing black top surface or bituminous macadam surfaces by brushing with brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc on back top/concrete surfaces than applying evenly priming tack coat with paving bitumen 60/70 or VG-30 penetration over the prepared surface by mechanical sprayer @ 5 Kgs/10 Sqm of surface area complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for applying bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 40mm thick (consolidated thickness) with 5.5% binder content of paving bitumen 60/70 or VG-30 grade by weight of total mix including cement filler, on surfaces rolled & compacted with using 8 to 10 tonne capacity power roller to achieve the required compactness, camber and gradient mixed in hot mix plant using design mix and laid by mechanical paver finisher ,complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for premixed bituminous macadam laid, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber n.exc 75mm thickness (consolidated thickness) with 4% binder content of VG -30 by weight of total mix, mixed in hot mix plant and laid by mechnical paver finished complete.

M&L for preparation of existing bituminous surfaces, removing, dust, dirt grease and other foreign matters etc to receive the marking and M&L for thermo plastic (Reflective) line marking having 1.0 mm thickness (average) of uniform surface finish conforming to BS 3262 (Part 1) 1989 read in conjunction with the MOST specification 803 clause 4.2.2 on bituminous surfaces in white/yelow clour and super imposed with glass beads confirming to BS 6088 read in conjuction with and MOST specification 803 clause 4.3.3 complete all as specified and directed. Note - MOST specification 803 shall be followed strictly for execution of work & suitable machine shall be used for the marking as approved by the GE. Shape & size/ patterns of marking shall be as approved by the GE.

M&L for Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exc 400 sqm & depth exc 50 mm & n exc 100 mm, complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for 150 mm thick water bound macadam in two layers of 75 mm each (compacted thickness), with coarse aggregate of stone (granite / trap/ basalt) of grading 2 (63 mm to 40 mm size) or of grading 3 (50 mm to 20 mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber required. Complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparing un-surfaced water bound macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms & finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc, providing evenly a tack coat of bitumen at the rate 10 kg per ten Sqm & providing Bituminous premix semi-dense asphaltic concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.50% binder content by weight of total mix, rolled & compacted to required camber & gradient complete. (Mix shall be obtained from HOT MIX PLANT and spreading shall be done with MECHANICAL PAVER). Complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast RCC kerb stones of grade M-30 of size 300 mm x 150 mm x 450 mm (depth) as used in road kerbs and similar articles with plain faces, set in CM 1:4 ,complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing Cement Concrete Type D2 1:3:6 ( 40mm graded aggregate ) as in path/ hardstanding surface even and fair ,complete all as specified and directed

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in path/ hard standing surface finished even and fair ,complete all as specified and directed.
