Material & labour for earthing with Galvanised Steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25metre below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and electrode connections by using Galvanised Iron strip 32x6mm as earthing lead (upto the test point ) by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron and thimbles and protected by light grade 40mm dia GI pipe connected upto test point and GI pipe light grade 20mm bore for watering and including funnel , wire mesh , RCC pit cover and PCC chamber pit with PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, including excavation and earth work in any type of soil , returning , filling in approved soil and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 5 of SSR 1991(Part-I) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and lay cable XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 3.5 core 95 sqmm

M&L for cutting the existing road / PCC / drain for laying of underground cable including necessary earthwork excavation and making good to match with the exisitng surface complete all as specified and with PCC 1:3:6 type C1 by (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) 100mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 80mm dia bore galvanised iron light grade for cable protection and sealing both ends including taking out old pipe complete all as specified and as directed. Make:- Tata/ Jindal/ Prakash Surya.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil n.exc 1.5m wide and n. exc 1.5m depth for laying of cable, errection of poles, stay and pipe line, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning & filling including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point.

M&L for local sand coushioning with dry and clean over and under the cable for protection of cable , 80 mm sand laid before laying the cable 150 mm sand after laying the cable and punched to 18 mm thickness complete all as directed.

Supply, Install, Testing and commissioning of Silent Diesel Engine driven Generating Set of Capacity 20 KVA , 415 Volts, Three Phase, 4 Wire, Engine as per IS – 10001 / 10002 and Alternator as per IS – 13364, conforming to CPCB-02 approved norms complete with AMF panel, Relay panel for automatic starting on main failure, control panel having meters, sound proof canopy as per relevant IS and foundation etc. including following: [Make: Kirloskar Green / cummins / Ashok Leyland / Greaves Cotton]

E. ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE: [i] Designed to meet stringent MOEF / CPCB norms 75 dBA @ 1 m at 75% load under free field conditions. [ii] Air Inlet Louvers shall be designed to operate at rated load even at 50°C Air Inlet Temperature. [iii] Cubicle shall be powder coated for long lasting service life and super finish with UV Resistant Powder Coating and shall withstand extreme environment. Stain Steel hardware shall be used. [iv] Insulation Material shall meet / conform to IS – 8183 Specifications for better sound attenuation [v] Provision of Genset Controller for Engine & Alternator. F. ACCESSORIES: [i] Periodical Maintenance Tools as per Manufacture [ii] Operational, Spare Parts, & Installation Guidelines and Catalogue. Note: Rate quoted is also deemed to be including the following: [i] Testing of DG Set shall be carried out by the Accepting officer or its rep.. [ii] Artificial load i.e. strip heaters of suitable capacity to be made available during test. [iii] Extended terminals with tinned copper has to be provided for terminating the incoming & out going cable with suitable lugs for ACB’s / MCCB's if required. [iv] U/G cable shall be laid / connected to DG Set Cubicle Panel to AMF Control Panel [Changeover Panel] all as specified. [v] Provision of cable gland & Aluminium lugs of suitable size for terminating the cable at both ends. [vi] Exhaust Pipe shall be insulated with 25mm thick Resin Bonded Fibre Glass Wool of density 32 kg/Cu.m and wrapped with 24 SWG Aluminium sheet duly painted with approved colour & quality complete as per ISO 8528 and 3046 / BS 5514 Specification and IS – 4722 and IS – 1460 complete all as specified.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 3, flat,, size 450mm x 180mm x 40mm as in cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply,installing, testing and commissioning in replacement of LT Outdoor type panel board of suitable size, pedestal mounted, CPRI approved totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof, front side openable, type IP 54 protection made of CRCA sheet 3.15 mm thick of size as per IS and having proper locking arrangement in front and back side door suitable for 440 volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase 4 wire system including cable glands of suitable size for incoming and outgoing cables and comprising with and including following accessories and mounted on PCC Plat form min 35 cm from ground level and grouted in PCC 1:3:6, 100 mm thick, 0.25 m all round the panel board.complete with the following items housed in :- BUSBAR :- 200 Amps rated Alumunium bus bar TPN duly insulated with coloured PVC sleeve as per standard colour code and rigidly mounted on bakelite / DMC insulator bus bar support (Square / round) insulators of suitable size and good insulation resistance (Busbar to MCCB shall be connected through suitable size of aluminium rigid / flexible busbar). Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness. (Below or above ground level)

M&L for 100 mm thick Cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in flooring /hard standing finishing the concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for 30 cm x 30 cm x 22 mm to 25mm thick Chequered cement concrete tiles in flooring, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade fixed over and including 15mm thick Cement mortar (1:6) screed bed or bedding layer of mortar for laying floor tiles. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for filling of clean dry coarse sand all-round the transformer platform and cable duct after cleaning grass/small bushes, etc. including removal of old dirty sand complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for filling of gravels of size 40 to 60mm all-round the transformer platform over sand filling complete all as specified and directed. [Note:- Sand filling shall be measured & paid separately here-in-before.]

M & L for filling of old gravels of size 40 to 60mm all-round the transformer platform after taking out and cleaning the old gravels with water and removing the mud and external foreign partical all as specified and directed.
