Routine repair / maintenance of forthnightly, monthly, quarterly for a period of one month for one lift of 08 passengers ( 544kg) capacity with fully automatic electrical operated with microprocessor based control panel, automatic operated sliding doors service ground plus upper two floors (G+2), Make "OTIS' including replacements of minor defective parts like nuts , bolts, control wire , cop's buttons small switches and thimbals etc , installed at at MH Hisar installed complete all as specified and directed of the following capacity lift:- (i) Machine room, incl, electric elevator 8 passengers capacity 544 Kgs lifts = 01 Nos, Make - OTIS

(ii) All as per item No 1.00 above but Machine room, incl, electric elevator 8 passengers capacity 544 Kgs complete all as specified and directed lifts = 01 Nos, Make -OTIS

(iii) All as per item No 1.00 above but Machine room, incl electric elevator hospital stretcher cum passenger cap 1020 Kg lift -01 No ,Make -OTIS Note for item No 1.00 to 1.02 above : (i) The rates quoted shall be inclusive of T & P , scaffolding required for carrying repairs works & stationery required for maintaining or records (ii) Normally maintenance carried out will be in day time , but in case of emergency /breakdown it should be attended at odd hours/night times within 24 hours without any extra cost and rate as quoted aboe shall be deemed to be includive of the same. (iii) In case of break down, the additional manpower if required will be arranged by the contractor ,the rate shall be deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rate (iv) Authorized agency shall carry out regular routine check/preventice maintenance as recommended by manufacturer for the complete system and rectify the minor /major defect noticed immediately. One separate regisgter to be maint as complaint register received from department/user and taking signature from users after rectifying the defects if any. (v) All consumables maintenance materials such as oil, lubricants, grease etc are deemed to be included in the above quoted rate (vi) All the precautions/safety measures against lost/damage shall be borne by the contractor. In any accident occurrence during operations of lift, due to maintenance failure, the contractor will responsible for compensation as applicable to men and material. (vii) One visit at site of representative Authorized agency is manadatory. In case if visit at site not carried out by the representative Authorized agency , the payment of respective month shall not be made.
