M&L for preparation of plastered/concrete surfaces of roof and applying the under mentioned course of roof treatement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.:- (a) Surface shall be throughly wire brushed, cleaned, washed, dried up properly and apply evenly a bituminuous primer coat conforming to IS @0.4 ltr /Sqm over concrete / plastered roof surface. (b) Laying of 3mm thick APP membrane sheet (min weight 3 Kg/Sqm) consisting of a core of 160 gms/Sqm polyster non woven fabric mat protected on both sides with a high quality polymeric asphaltic mix again protected with thermo fusible HMHDPE FILM on dried primed surface by torch application method. APP membrane will normally be laid in length at right angle to the direction of slope. The over lap shall be minimum 100mm on longitudinal direction and 150mm on the transverse direction including cuttings, grooves etc. (c) Membrane bonded completely to the substrate & the over laps are then scaled/fused by flame.

M&L for cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with CM 1:3 . Complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for providing plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping in chajjas or roof kerbs or roof chamfered on edges including trowelling slightly. Complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces by complete removal of existing treatment by mechanised sander of berger paints or equivalent makes viz Xpress sanding machine having suction vaccum bag or by manual scrapping tools where mechanical removal is not possible and filling of holes and cracks with with suitable material like cement or plaster of paris etc and thereafter applying two coat of oil bound distemper on walls Note : (a) Stage for Preparation of surfaces shall be got approved from Engg-In-Charge before applying the finishes. (b) Material shall be procured from manufacturer and work shall be got executed through authorised applicator.

All as per item No.130 here-in-before but on surfaces of ceiling.

M&L for preparation of old painted concrete surface plain/kerb stone moulded over 10cm width or girth by cleaning, brushing etc and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.
