Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) of any section, including taking out embedded portion in concrete, brick work etc and making good the disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed .

Surface dressing not exc 15cm deep in soft/ loose soil including cleaning of E/M installations premises, uprooting of tiny trees, tree cutting, cleaning, levelling, spreading bushes, beeds, grass, removing poly bags, brick bats, stone pebbles debries, cleaning of sub station bldg, two pole/ four pole structure area, HT line etc and removing to a distance not exc 50 Mtr complete all as specified and directed

S&F angle iron posts and struts in fencing, including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc,including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar works conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 quality complete all as specified and directed

Fixing only angle iron posts and struts in fencing as retrieved from Ser item No 01here-in-before complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation,filling & mass concrete / Post holes complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed .

Supply only mild steel galvanized chain link fencing of any size or type complete all as specified and directed. Note: The weight of chain link fencing shall be ascertained by BOO as ordered by GE and payment shall be made accordingly and contractor shall have no claim on this account.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires(steel wire), any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire, drilling welding on existing posts compete all as specified and directed .

M&L for punched tape concertina coil, 600mm diameter ,06 metre openable length,having 50 Nos round per 06 metre, tied with angle iron post with necessary bolts,concertina coil of core wire diameter 2.5mm,blade thickness 0.5mm,blade length 12mm,width of blade 15mm and spacing of blade 26mm complete all as manufacturer and directed . Note: The weight of concertina coil shall be ascertained by BOO as ordered by GE and payment shall be made accordingly and contractor shall have no claim on this account

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made),diameter of neck 5 to10mm with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut n. exc. 5cm long including making holes on existing post without taking down complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed .

S&F in repair galvanised,2strand,steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire,staples or steel pins etc. complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for PCC 1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge .

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles laid bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description or thickness in floors, skirting, aprons etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for sand filling under floor 25mm thick with washed and screened dry fine river sand including watering, well ramming and consolidation complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles of size 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick (minimum), set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment over and including 15mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & directed.

S&F Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver blocks,any shape and size, confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 60mm thickness,M-35 grade, laid with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed .

All as per Ser item No 20 here-in-before but except paver blocks.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in kerb stone with plain fair faces, smooth finish, including chamfering, weathering, throating etc set in cement mortar 1:4 including excavtion and earth work for embedding kerb stone at a depth as directed and temping around kerb stone and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed .

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortor including all quoins,arches,pillars etc complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, old size, straight or curved or plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed .

All as per Ser item No 25 here-in-before but except bricks.

Taking down cement plaster from ceiling & brick walls including wall tiles / terrazo / kota stone etc ; any type or any description, racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, on brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed

Taking down old mild steel round bar, flat iron and re-fixing in the same location or another location after bent to shape by welding/hooking etc complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling of Bricks laid, (laid flat or on edge) or brick tiles in floors, roof, channels, kerbs, aprons etc bedded and pointed in any mortar (each layer) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Bricks, sub class 'B', laid flat in floors, old size bricks, bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and pointed in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Bricks, sub class 'B', laid on edge in floors, old size bricks, bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and pointed in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5m deep and 1.5m wide, for foundation etc or manholes,piers,shafts etc not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates) in flooring in sub bas or mass concreting laid over chicken wire mess of size 24 SWG complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Framed work as in doors or gates etc of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing using Fe 290 (Gde-E-165) complete. complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for stone / boulder pitching, laid grouted with cement mortar (1:6) packed tightly etc complete all as specified and directed
