Excavation in ordinary soil Excavation in cutting in soil by manual means with lead upto 50 m Excavation for road way in soil by manual means for carrying of cut earth to embankment site with a lift upto 1.50 m and lead upto 50 m as per technical specification clause 302.3.

Removal of unsuitable soil including excavation, loading and disposal upto 1000 m lead but excluding compaction ground supporting embankment subgrade replacement by suitable soil, which shall be paid separately as per Clause 303.5.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3.

Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2 with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. Gr-II material

Prime Coat:Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.90- 1.2 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.

Tack Coat:i) Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.20 to 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam (Providing and laying dense bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 to 4.5% by weight of total mix and filler transporting the hot miox to work site,layingwith a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade,lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no. 507.complete in all respect. (including carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant )( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.)With hydrated lime/ cement as filler (refer table 500-9 of MoSRT&H specification) A With 60/70 or VG-30 grade bitumen (ii) for Grading II (19 mm nominal size)

Bituminous Concrete: Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading,premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 % of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers toachieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no.509. complete in all respect. (including carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant )( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) With 60/70 or VG-30 grade bitumen (ii) for Grading II (13 mm nominal size)

Supplying, fitting and fixing RCC guard post 150 cm long erected 75 cm above the ground and 75 cm below the ground with M-15 grade (nominal mix 1:2:4 with broken stone aggregates upto 20 mm size ) of cement concrete and required reinforcement tied in position with annealed black wire incuding centering, moulding the top, curing including painting concrete surface in 23 cm strips upto 0.75 m from the top alternatively in black and white and having 2 nos. reflective band of desired shade etc. complete as per design and as directed 30 cm dia, RCC guard post with reinforcement of 6 nos. 12 mm dia TMT main steel bars and 6 mm TMT / MS stirrrups at 15 cm C/C. as directed.

Supplying, fitting and fixing PVC pipes of 6 Kg/cm2 (Supreme/Prince) or other ISI approved including Joining fitting and fixing wiyh clamps etc as necessary complete at all levels including below G.L as directed and specified. (i) 160mm dia.
