Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and inequalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m.

Cleaning jungle including up rooting of rank, vegetations grass, push, wood trees and samplings of grith upto 30cms. measured at a height of 1 M. above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50M. Out side periphery of area cleared. (SOR-20/259(i))

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50 M and lead upto 30.00M and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the engineer incharge upto a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches (where machine con not reach/move) (SOR/251 (A)/4.1.1)

Cartage of earth or fly ash when added to schedule item no. 253 : IInd Km. and beyond (SOR-20/261(C))

Laying at or near ground level old kerb stones of all types in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints, except at sharp curve, shall not be more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Old kerb stones shall be supplied by the department free of cost) (DSR-18/16.85)

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). White washing one coat including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & Plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. (SOR-20/671/16.01)

Painting or varnishing with valsper or other approved high grade enamel or super par synthetic clean varnish complete one coat over previously painted surface including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. paint to be used should confirm ISI no. 105/106/133-1950 (SOR-20/647/15.07)

M-150 brick work in 1:6 cement & fine sand 1.25 FM mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all material labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work. (SOR-20/303) same as item no 303 but in 1:4 one cement & four fine sand of 1.25 F.M. mortar. (SOR-20/305) Same as item no 305 but in 1:4 one cement & four coarse sand of 2.20 F.M. mortar. 12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) (DSR-18/13.4.2)

Road marking with Hot applied Thermoplastic compound with reflectorising Glass beads on Bituminious surface: Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @250gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes, Rates are inclusive of all taxes, royalty etc. all T&P/machine material and labour required for proper completion of work. (SOR-2020/New item/Sr.No.19.01)

Labour cess and GST will be paid extra as per Govt. orders.
