| 1Desilting of Sewer/drain Arch Barrel /RCC covered Nallah and taking out of debris, silt, malba, rubbish, sludge etc. completely from brick arch barrel/drain having width 4.00 meter +25% wide in size by mechanical means /Robotic Machine/super sucker machines chassis mounted and High pressure Jetting system and covered dumper/Hydra/tipper having sufficient capacity for safe disposal of silt, debris, malba, rubbish, sludge etc. to any dumping site outside NDMC boundry without affecting the environment. The operation includes supply of all materials, labour. T&P, pumps for dewatering pumping, gas detector, forced air ventilators, diversion wherever required, etc, and provision of safety equipments as per guidelines laid down in IS 11972-1987, International standard and take all the necessary safety precautions in compliance with PEMS Act, 2013, traffic control arrangement and proper lightening in nights, Barricadings, display of signboards, blocking the flow on upstream and downstream of required length or in between any leakage, insurance of workers and cleaning of site, removal of all hindrance/obstructions, unforeseen items, permission from other Deptt/local authorities (NDMC will only assist for getting the permission etc.) The silt/malba/ sludge/rubbish etc shall be disposed off as directed by Engineer-in-charge upto all lead and lifts (Nothing extra shall be paid on account of disposal of silt,debris,sludge etc). The mechanical means/Muck boat/Robotic Machine/ super sucker machines and any other required T & P at site to perform the aforsaid work shall be provided at various locations-and should be followed all the Govt norms/ guidelines of National Green Tribunal, Guidelines issued by hon'ble Supreme Court or Department of Environment and without manual entry for desilting except permitted under the Act referred herewith as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Note:1. Silt, debris, rubbish, sludge etc shall be measured in volume after drainaing of excess water using hopper/dumpers for cubic quantity. The daily lifting and transporting shall be carriedout. 2. 100% videography, CCTV shall be carried out at the site in support of carrying out silt from the drain and its record of 360 degree videography showing the surface of cleaned pipe. This shall be submitted along with bills for verification and record purpose in hard and soft copy. 3. The payment of silt shall be made after draining out water and deduction of 25% voids | |||||
| 2Robotic Silt-Level-Estimation through Acoustic Profiling technology for pre- Desilting Work by : Online Sewer / drains Inspection of 4.00 meter + 25% in size drainage nallah/ sewer barrel in running condition for the purpose of Diameter measurement, conditional assessment and Silt-Level Estimation without stoppage of flow using remotely controlled Inspection System equipped with Pipeline Acoustic Profiling technology (Sonar Method), including mobilization of equipment and submission of electronic report using Pipescape Reporting software in hard as well as soft copy. This shall include opening and closing of manholes, insertion and removal of apparatus, traffic diversion, if needed, ensuring all the necessary safety precautions in compliance with PEMS Act, 2013. | |||||
