Demolition of brick work or stone masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc,

Demolition of cement concrete(unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level)

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing,chajjas and similar suspended work.

M&L for chipping of spalled and loose concrete and cleaning rust from re-inforcement by sand brushing scrubing down concrete surfaces with wire brushes cleaning with water allowed to dry applying a layer of zinc rich epoxy primer as antirust on all exposed reinforcement followed by a layer of bonding coat of a layer of epoxy FOSROC and NITOBOND adehessive on complete exposed surfaces of concrete and provide guniting in two layers over steel welded mesh 1.4 mm dia of wire and total aperture 25 mm, thickness of gunite n.exc 25 mm thick (average thickness) using cement mortar 1 :3 cement mixed with polycrete admixture @ 2 % by wight of cement or as per manufactures instructions and finally applying cement plaster over gunite surfaces of required thickness to give an even uniform and smooth finish conforming to proper Geometrics in cement mortar 1:4 to match with the existing surface as in side and soffits of SWT, wall and beams etc complete including necessary scaffolding ,shuttering necessary chased to brick work or RCC members at any height incl removing of small trees shrubs etc all as specified (Note: steel welded mesh to be welded with the existing reinforcement. The cost of welding of welded mesh wire with the existing re-inforcement is deemed to be included in the quoted rate complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Wire netting/Welded mesh shall be measured and paid separately.

Ditto as above but average thickness of gunite exc 25 mm thick n.exc 50 mm thick.

Cutting/chipping the spalling of wall & concrete surface and trimming & cleaning the surface to receive plastering all as specified and directed including all necessary form work & scaffolding and safety measures as per direction by Engr in Charge.

Supply only wire netting/ welded wire mesh of galvanised steel wire , 1.23 mm dia size of mesh 25mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC type B1(1:2:4) using 20mm graded aggregate as in cantilevers, parapet, lintels over 1.5 m span. etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC type B1(1:2:4) using 20mm graded aggregate as in slabs all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing precast cement concrete type B1( 1:2:4) (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in landings, cover slabs,shelves and similar articles with plain faces and set in cement mortar 1:4

M & L for form work to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, lintels, cantilevers, slabs, shelves.plinth beams including supports etc. rough finished in curved surfaces,

M & L for Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia., and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips.

M & L for Mild steel TMT bars 6mm to 8 mm dia., and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. all as specified and direction by Engr in Charge.

Cutting holes in brick walls exc half brick but n. exc fullbrick wall in cement mortar for inserting holdfasts and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 as required

S&F mild steel hold fast made out of MS flat iron 40 x 6 mm thick for chowkats and other small articles including making shape, drilling hole etc. complete.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates and similar works but excluding framed truss etc.

S & F mild steel trussed, purlins, fencing posts,crane gantries rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat section) Conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 including distance pieces, cleats , nut & bolt any size & length etc.

Supply only 75x75mmx4mm dia chain link MS galvanised fencing or any size or type as direction by Engr in Charge. including line wires any type of standards rails , standing bolts etc including provision of binding wire all as per specified and directed

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire and taking down old fencing as direction by Engr in Charge.

S & F Welded steel wire fabric supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members weight n exc 4 Kg /Sqm

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks type C1, 1:3:6 ( 20 mm graded aggregate) exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1: 6 , complete all as specified.

M&L for Providing pre-cast cement concrete solid building blocks or slabs 10cm thick (with plain or interlocking joints as directed) type C1, 1:3:6 ( 20 mm graded aggregate) and setting in mortar 1: 6 , complete in walls all as specified.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) for floor (base of SWT) including finishing the surface even and smooth with using extra cement including mixing of water proofing compound wherever required as per manufacturers instructions (WPC shall be measured & paid separately).

M & L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6), type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete.

Surface excavation n exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/ loose soil

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick with soils in soft/loose soil

Removing excavated material exc. 250 m but n exc. 500 m and depositing where directed all as directed by Engr in charge

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) including finishing the surface even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured designed chequered cement concrete tiles of a size 300x300x25mm thick with white cement & pigment in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and including a 15 mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:6).all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) and finished even and fair without using extra cement including mixing of water proofing compound wherever required as per manufacturers instructions (WPC shall be measured & paid separately).

M&L fo Rendering 5 mm thick on fair faces of concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 in ceiling of chajja,roof projection,shelve etc and finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and direction by Engr in Charge.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound of approved quality. (Make : CICCO NO.1/SIKA/ACCO PROOF).

M&L Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxied priming.

M&L Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint.

Running Welding in repair thickness of metal to be welded exc 6mm but n exc 9mm and over cut to length bent to shape as required all as specified and directed.

Running Welding in repair thickness of metal to be welded exc 9mm but n exc 20mm and over cut to length bent to shape as required all as specified and directed.

Supply only high strength corrosion resistant TMT bars 8-12 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Welding shall be measured and paid separately

M & L for preparing new plastered surfaces and applying three coat of white wash on surfaces of walls

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment of old externall plastered wall & Concrete surfaces and applying three coat of white wash complete as per manufacturers instructions and all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for applying two coat of blown bitumen of grade 85/25 or 90/15 applied hot to concrete, wall surfaces @ 1.5Kg/Sqm per coat or as required as directed by Engr in charge.

Removing old dumped junk/ building materials/ debris/ tree roots, trunk, & branches of any size etc. to a distance of 30Km or beyond, out of premises of defence area, including loading, unloading by manually or by mechanical means (JCB) and to be transported through tractor-trolly or tipper and stacking at the destination.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Submersible open well pump set 65X50mm dia outlet electric driven of capacity 5 HP 3 phase, 415volt, 50HZ, AC supply, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Star Delta starter in sheet steel enclosure type for motor rating, 5 HP, 3 phase, 415volt, 50HZ, AC supply, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Flat 3 core PVC insulated, submersible multistranded copper conductor cable of size 2.5sqmm including necessary connections complete all as specified and directed.
