Sweeping and cleaning work of MPPMCL HOSPITAL COMPLEX Rampur Jabalpur

Dry sweeping & Cleaning of Black Topped / concrete roads, footpath, open area / plazas and scooter / car parking sheds court yards i/c cleaning of cow-webs in car and scooter parking, corridors etc. with bamboo brooms, as per the Instructions, picking up waste materials / debris all over i/c from the lawns of the Hospital Complex & road side area etc. disposal of same at specified locations i/c cost of all materials, labours, tools and tackles etc. complete as per Instructions (Complete Hospital campus -External). (Once in a day)

Dry sweeping of all type of floors i/c the I.T., Tiled, Kota stone floors, staircases, entrances, covered corridors, ramps / elevators, terrace, i/c cleaning of cob-webs etc. within hospital with soft brooms (Phool Jharoo) including collection of all type of debris, dust and waste paper etc. and disposing it at suitable specified locations as directed including all leads and lifts cost of all tools and tackles, material, labour etc. required for complete work as per Instructions in CMO Office ,Pathology, Radiology Operation Theatre, OPD etc. Paying wards, Patient’s relative rest rooms etc. as directed. (Twice in a day)

Wet moping / wet sweeping (Poncha) for all type of floors, staircases, entrances, covered corridors ramps / staircase etc. within hospital with floor cleaner/detergent (Aromatic by using phenyl of approved quality like product of Bengal Chemicals Ltd/good quality floor cleaner/detergent ) as per instructions, with cotton threaded mop of approved quality including cost of all materials, tools, tackles, labour etc. complete in CMO Office, Pathology, Radiology, Operation Theatre, OPD Paying wards, Patient’s relative rest rooms etc. or as directed. (Once in a day)

Washing / Cleaning of all type of floors, dado skirting (tiled area of walls) including dado skirting having height even more than 30 cm by Nirma or other approved washing floor cleaner detergent powder/soap or other solution and followed by drying with clean cloth and removing waste etc i/c all materials required, cost of all materials tools and tackles, labours etc. complete as per Instruction in whole CMO office, Pathology, Radiology, Operation Theatre, OPD, Paying ward, Patient’s relatives rest rooms (Payment will be based on floor area basis and no separate measurements for dado / skirting will be taken but rates should be inclusive of all). (Once in a week)

Washing/Cleaning of all type of floors, dado skirting (tiled area of walls) including dado skirting having height even more than 30 Cm of all bathrooms, latrines / toilets, all wash basins, W.C. seats, Urinal pots with Harpic /Sanifresh Toilet cleaner only and rest other accessories there in by with approved washing powder/soap or other solution and followed by drying floors with clean cloth and removing waste materials from dust bins & disposal at specified locations as directed i/c cost of all materials, labors, tools and tackles etc. complete as per Instructions. (Twice in a day)

Cleaning of storm water surface drains i/c cleaning of all type of drains with water and then with Phenyl, de choking of all drains / gutters / sewer lines of all sizes (diameters up to 300 mm) including man holes, cleaning of sewer lines by Roding, flushing with water, taking out deposited sludge / dry cakes, cutting / uprooting any type of vegetation that may obstruct the flow & disposal of same at specified locations as directed i/c cost of all materials, labours, tools and tackles etc. complete as per Instructions. Drains approx. 60 meter. (Once in a day)

Cleaning and dusting of Hospital furniture within Hospital campus as directed i/c cost of all materials, labours, tools and tackles etc. complete as per Instructions. The furniture’s are as per following:- a) Hospital patient’s bed–55no. b) Bed side locker 55 no. c) I.V. Stand 20 no d) Wheel chair 4 no. e) Patient’s Trolley – 4 no. f) Examination Table –14 no. g) Almirah 35 no. (Once in a day)

Cleaning and washing surrounding patient’s bed in ward with water and approved floor cleaner or with any approved disinfectant completely as per requirement and as per instructions of M.O. / Paramedical staff, followed by drying with clean cloth and removing waste as and when required i/c safeguarding Hospital campus free from street dogs and other animals by engaging one person in two shifts (evening as well as during night) – 2 persons daily. The evening shift 2.00PM to 10.00PM & night shift 10.00PM to 6.00AM. (Daily)
