Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) not exc 1.5 sqm each and removing to or from store complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) exc. 1.5 Sqm but not exc 4 Sqm each complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down shutters of any description n. exc. 1 Sqm each and removing to or from store complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 sqm and n. exc. 2 Sqm each and removing to or from store complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cutting holes through brick wall built in cement mortar, for inserting holdfasts, depth of embedded portion of holdfasts exceeding half brick thick but not exceeding one brick thick and making good the dismantled portion with cement mortar (1:3) or PCC type B-0, (1:2:4) to match the disturbed surface with existing finish, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L extra over rendering or plastering for work in isolated widths or in widths not forming part of general plastering such as in bands, sunk panals, cornices, skirting, drip moulds and similar work n exc 15 cm in width or girth including cutting to edges, all mitres and stopped ends etc

S&F solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47 mm made out of 5 mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. square tube in opening complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M. S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, supplying & fixing in the frame at site as per specification complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F pressed steel frame for doors with double rebates of size 125 x 60mm made with steel sheet of 1.25 mm thickness in and including necessary fixing lugs, hinges lock strike plate including making good disturb surface complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F pressed steel frame for doors with single rebates of size 105 x 60mm made with steel sheet of 1.25 mm thickness in and including making good disturb surface necessary fixing lugs, hinges lock strike plate complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for providing cement concrete type B0 (1:2:4) 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in pressed steel door frame (backfill) complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for 35 mm thick 2nd class hard wood plain, framed paneled shutters (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm BWP commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS 1003 (Part-I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated (factory made shutters) complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for 30 mm thick 2nd class hard wood plain, framed factory made Flush shutters ,solid core constructon with block boards core and plywood face panels ,commercial type on both sides all complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. ( Make:- Krishna, Pioneer)

M&L for factory made 2nd class hardwood (Hollock) glazed & skeleton shutters, 35mm thick open rebated and prepared to receive wire cloth, glass, gauze etc. with edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and metred beads of securing glass, gauze etc sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I section 8 clause 8.24(a), complete all as specified. NOTE : Wire gauge shutter should also have the provision of vertical member of size 100mm 35mm at middle of the shutter.

Non - skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 thick screed bed in CM 1:6 and dismantling of existing tiles, removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Aluminium powder coated door seal strip with glass woolve fixed with steel screws at bottom rail of external door complete all as specified directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs Aluminum, anodized, barrel tower bolts of extruded section 200 mm long, fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water, etc.

M&L for rendering cement plaster 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, is to be finished fair & even without using extra cement upto 12m height including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Rough cast plaster After applying the under coat of cement and sand mortar 1:3 not less than 10 mm thick and while it is still in plastic state the roughcast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel aggregate (which is generally of size between 6 to 12 mm depending on the texture required) mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio of 1: 1: 1 shall be applied and finished even. The mix of cement and sand shall be made slightly wetter than normal for rendering to ensure that larger aggregates are thoroughly covered complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separetely.

Supply only integral WPC as per manufacture instructions complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement etrc including taking down cement plaster and racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of primer and wall care putty 2 mm thk on walls complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L two coats of cement base paint on plastered/ brick surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces priming plastered and other surafce with alkali resistant primer paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plaster/un treated surface of wall / coloum, beam, chajja etc. and leveling / edgesing the disturbed surface a thin layer of putty and making smooth by using sand paper applying two coat of extrior acylic emulsion (weather proof treatment), to be applied complete all as manufacturer's instruction and as directed.

M&L for applying one coat of oil bound distemper on ceiling, white including prepration of old surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing surfaces of wall applying 2 to 3 mm thick (average thickness) wall care putty on prepared surfaces of walls, applying two coat of oil bound distemper of white or tinted over a coat of primer as per the manufacture instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for writing letters of figure (Blocks, Roman, Italic or Indian of size 15cm height & 15mm wide, 4-5 letters per tile base using reflective sheet.

M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L preparation of old wooden surfaces and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note :- Tender Shall include & ensure for cleaning of Floor, Wall & Floor Tiles, Window Glasses, Switch Boards,Door & CB Shutters, Skirting, Refixing of Curtain Rods, Sanitary Fiitings & cleaning of all furniture and layout in position etc are all included in above Periodical Services Items while quoting the rates, Nothing extra shall be paid to the contractor for same.

Note :- Amount of credit of Rs. 36740.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
