Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches inordinary soil (vide classification of soil item-A) and disposal of excavated earth so obtained to a distance uoto 50 m including all lifts levelling, ramming the foundation trenches removing the roots of trees, shrubs etc. all complete as per approved design, building specification and direction of E/I.

Soling - Providing dry/trap/granite/quartzite/gneiss rubble stone soling 15 cm to 20 cm thick including hand packing and compacting tc. Complete.

Providing Tor steel reinforcement of 10mm, 12mm, & 16mm dia bars as per approved design and drawing complete.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of forms for

Foundation, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - all work upto plinth level: 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 coarse sand (zone III): 4 graded sone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centring and shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - all work upto plinth level: 1:1.5:3 (1 cement :1.5 coarse sand (zone III): 3 graded sone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Supply, Installation , Testing and Commissioning (SITC) of package sewerage treatment plant on MBBR technology with all required equipments, media, filter, pipes, valves, fittings and all plumbing , electromechanical components etc. necessary to complete the job as per specification and direction of engineer in charge.

Operation and maintenance for the entire system for one year including cost of water, electricity, fuel, repair, renewal, consumables, cost of machinaries, maintenance cost civil/mechanical/electrical works, manpower, material cost, safety tools, power, energy cost etc all complete as per direction of engineer in charge.
