Earth work in excavation in foundation inlaterite rock or any hard rock (other than granite or disintegrated rock) remeoved by chiselling including dressing & levelling the bed not exceeding 1.5m in depth and depositing the soil within initial lead of 50m and as specification approved by the department

Filling foundation and plinth with good coarse sand including watering & ramming as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 4cm size black broken granite stone aggregates of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm(6") thick to the required level ramming, watering, curing etc. complete including cost and conveyance royality taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete i as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing lifting , hoisting and laying RCC of M-20 grade to base of columns and footing , columns, beams, plinth band, lintels, chajja etc. including rigid smooth centering and shuttering, scafolding , watering (excluding reinforcement bars) and curing for required period including cost of all material , labour , conveyance , royality, loading and unloading , sundries, tools and plants etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.(a)column and base footing

Brick work with Flyash Bricks 25cm×12cm×9cm size having crushing strength not less than 35 kg/cm 2 with dimensional tolerance ±2 percent in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation and plinth etc complete.

Brick work with Fly Ash bricks of size 25cmx12cmx8cm and crushing strength not less than 75 kg/cm2 in C.M.(1:6) in Super structure including cost of all material, labour, conveyance, royality, loading and unloading, sundries, tools and plants etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge. 6mm thick cement plaster (1:4) over RCC surface including all cost and conveyance royality, taxex of all materials etc complete as directed by the Engineer in charge

20mm thick grading plaster with cement mortar (1:4) over roof slab laid to proper slope finished smooth watering and curring including cost ,conveyance, royality , taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect,(a) Ground floor

12 mm thick cement plaster (1:6) including all cost and conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials etc.complete as directed by the Engineer in Charge.(a) Ground floor

16 mm thick cement plaster (1:6) including all cost and conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials etc.complete as directed by the Engineer in Charge.(a) Ground floor

Fixing Ceramic Floor tiles of size 300 x 300mm in floor on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:1 (1cement : 1sand) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete excluding cost of precast tiles.

Fixing tiles in dados skirting and risers of steps on 12mm thick cement plaster (1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete excluding cost of precast tiles.( Ceramic Tiles )(a) Ground floor

Supplying, fitting, fixing vitrified industrial floor tile 30x30cm premium grade 8 to 10 mm thick in floors of approved make confirming to IS: 13755 laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 course sand) and filling joints with white cement of approved quality including cost of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for the work all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying ,fitting ,fixing of stainless steel of 304 grade in hand railing using 50mm dia of 2mm thick circular pipe with Balustrade of size 32x32x2mm @0.90 mtr. C/C and stainless square pipe bracing of size 32x32x2mm in 3 rows in stair case as per approved design and specification, buffing , polishing etc with cost, conveyance, taxes of alll materials, labour, T&P etc required for the coplete in all respect.

Priming one coat two wall surafce using water bound cement primer including cost, conveyance all materilas, labour and T & P etc complete.

Finishing wall surface with two coats of weather coat over a coat of cement priming including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour T&P, hire charges of machine, all taxes etc all completes in all respects as per the direction of Engineer charges.

Providing & Fixing & Fixing M.S. Doors & window Including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, and all labour charges complete as per direction of E.I.C.

Painting two coats over wood and iron work with approved Enamel paint over a coat of primming, including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, and all labour charges complete as per direction of E.I.C..
