Earth work in Excavation including lead up to 30 m & lift up to 1.5 m including dressing to profiles for making sub-grade for WBM Road.

Earth work in filling depressions of service road including leveling and dressing for preparation of sub grade by tractor trolley up to a maximum distance of 2.00 Km.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401.

Providing ,Laying ,spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 45-63 mm size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness , hand packing ,rolling with Smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber ,applying and brooming ,Stone screening, binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate ,watering and compacting to the required density

Providing ,Laying ,spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 22.4-53 mm size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness , hand packing ,rolling with Smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber ,applying and brooming ,Stone screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate ,watering and compacting to the required density

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-2) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70kg/sqm using mannual means .

Providing and applying tack coat with VG_10 using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared surface treaed with primer complete as per technical specification Clause 503

Providing, laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 2 parts of 13.20 mm to 5.60 mm aggregates using VG-10 grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing coarse on a previously prepared base,including mixing in a suitable plant,laying and rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN. Static road roller, finished to required level and gradesto be followed by seal coat ,as per technical specification Clause 508

Providing and laying seal coat 'C' Type sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall as per MODR. Technical specification clause 510

Laying C.C.brick edging (made up of M-20 grade C.C) on one side of road with 8.00 cm. wide and 23.00 cm. deep complete as per specification, including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of work.
