Removing of excavated (soil) materials/road materials etc lead beyond exc1.5KM but not exc 5 km depositing where directed complete all as specifiied and directed.

M & L for Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 sqm and exc 50 mm deep but not exc 100 mm deep complete all as specifiied and directed.

Demolition stone slabs and tiles (interlocking tiles ) of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid dry or laid dry and pointed complete all as specifiied and directed.

Demolition cement Concrete (Un-reinforced) / PCC kerb stone of any description & in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces and existing scarifying road in cutting with 8 tonne to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specifiied and directed.

Laying and compacting 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) Granular Sub Base Course (GSB) grading as per Grade I as specified Table 400-1 of MORTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013, in a single layer over compacted subgrade with natural sand, crushed gravel, crushed stone, crushed slag or combination thereof as per the grading required The materials are mechanically mixed, spread and leveling on the subgrade by using motor grader of adequate capacity, and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight for achieving required compaction density of atleast 98% of the Maximum Dry Density. Consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed with finished surface tolerances as per Table 900-1 of MORTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013.

Laying and compacting 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) laid in two layers of 75 mm thick Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) grading as pe table 400-13 of MORTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with wate to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight and consolidating to required gradien and camber complete all as specified and directed The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MORTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013

Providing and Laying Dry lean Concrete (DLC) 100 mm thick of aggregate gradation as per Table 1 of SP 49 :2014 having 7 day average compressive strength not less than 7 MPa Minimum cement content not less than 140 Kg/Cum DLC mixed in Batching Plant, transported to site and laid by electronic sensor paver including spreading and compacting usign high amplitude tamping bars of paver (initial compaction) further by double drum smooth wheeled vibratory rollers with 80-100 KN static weight to achieve minimum dry density not less than 98% of maximum Dry Density, necessary finishing etc complete all as specified and tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MORTH specifications for Road and Bridge work 2013.

M & L for 10 mm thick sand cushion with clean river sand duly clear of residual, organic and deleterious materials spread evenly to uniform thickness laid over DLC layer complete all as specified and directed. Note : No additionaI amount shall be paid for overlap of sand layer and no misunderstanding shall be entertained at later stage.

M & L for 25 mm thick sand cushion with clean river sand duly clear of residual, organic and deleterious materials spread evenly to uniform thickness laid over interlocking Paver block complete all as specified and directed. Note : No additionaI amount shall be paid for overlap of sand layer and no misunderstanding shall be entertained at later stage.

M & L for 150 micron heavy duty with polythene film over 10mm thick sand cushioning layer complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Sand cushioning shall be measure and paid seperately in respective item.

M& L for Pavement quality concrete (PQC) in pavement/hard standing of flexural strength 40 Kg/ Square centimetres in filed using minimum 400 Kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 25cm or less laid in bays including necessary form work complete all as specified & directed Note : Rate includes the followings:- (i) Use and waste of side form for laying pavement concrete/hard standing in bays between joints & construction, expension joints/or between two construction joints for thickness of payment. (ii) Cost of test to be carried out as specified to establish quality control. (iii) For measurement purpose, deduction shall be made for expension joints.

M & L for broom finishing surface of concrete roads by brooming, pavements, by brooming when concrete is green complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Forming 12 mm thick expansion joints filled with preformed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘B’ thickness of concrete slab 200 mm provided with 20 mm dia mild steel dowel bars 50cm long (25cm in each slab) with ferrules, spaced at 300 mm centres, including boring form work and preformed filler for dowels complete all as specified and directed. Note : Unit rates of these items included for any extra formwork if required to form joints.

M & L for Forming Construction joint 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound grade B complete all as specified and directed. Note : Unit rates of these items included for any extra formwork if required to form joints.

M & L for Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound grade B complete all as specified and directed. Note : Unit rates of these items included for any extra formwork if required to form joints.

M & L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) finishing the cement concrete surface fair complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Rubber moulded coloured ( Machine pressed ) precast concrete interlocking paver block (ISI marked) any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2021 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade laid over with grey cement and coloured pigment complete all as specified and directed. Note: PCC bed and sand layer shall be measured and paid seperately in rescpective items of this BoQ.

M & L for 150 mm bore (internal dia ) Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid on concrete bed to required slope and jointed complete with collars all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Excavation, Earth work and Concrete bed shall be measured and paid seperately in respective items of this BoQ. (ii) The cost of necessary fitting for jointing pipe shall be included in the rate quoted by the contractor. No miunderstanding shall be entertained at later stage.

Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n exc. 30 cm thick; watering, ramming/rolling with power roller and finishing to required size, shape, etc., n exc. 1.5m high from base complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) for making the payment purpose, 5% deduction shall be made as bulkage of sand/earth. (ii) Before carring the earth , the quality of earth shall be got approved by GE and nothing extra shall be made on account of any misunderstanding at later stage.

M & L for laying at near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete at in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for prepration of new concrete surface including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer on surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described including preparation complete all as specified and directed.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated any type of soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) foundations,filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 450 mm dia reinforced concrete pipes, class NP-3 ,laid and jointed complete with collars all as specified. Note : (i) Excavation, Earth work and Concrete bed shall be measured and paid seperately in respective items of this BoQ. (ii) The cost of necessary fitting for jointing pipe shall be included in the rate quoted by the contractor. No miunderstanding shall be entertained at later stage.

M & L for Brick work with fly ash bricks, old size bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) on fair surface of Brick concrete work surface of walls finishing even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified.

M & L for preparation or unplastered surface of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint white or tinted complete all as specified and directed..

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using ( 20mm graded aggregate ) as in coping & bed block etc. Including weathering, slighty rounded or chafered angle including necessary from work complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) 300 mm (internal dia) set in cement mortar including removing from trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) 600 mm (internal dia) set in cement mortar inclunding removing from trenches complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 600 mm bore (internal dia ) Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3, laid on concrete bed to required slope and jointed complete with collars all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Excavation, Earth work and Concrete bed shall be measured and paid seperately in respective items of this BoQ. (ii) The cost of necessary fitting for jointing pipe shall be included in the rate quoted by the contractor. No miunderstanding shall be entertained at later stage.

M & L for Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 50 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using ex- tra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- For payment purpose only Inner girth shall be measured.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius with old size bricks built in CM 1:6 for cracked wall of manholes,septic tank, soak pits etc complete all as specified and directed.

Precast factory made RCC 1:2:4 mix, type B-1 perforated type High density (HD Grade) (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in manhole cover slabs etc. set in cement mortar 1:4 including necessary form work complete all as specified. NOTE: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for seperately.

S & F for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

S & F framed work as in drainage cover or doors or gates or other places with angle, tee, channel , Flat iron or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc, complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and incl either hooks and pintal hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel, sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging, also fastening and fixing complete confirming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing new steel surfaces over 10 cm in width or girth of any description and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of precast RCC articles built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars,covers, jafri jali etc. and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.
