Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to 90 feet height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer in-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose.

Excavation upto the Foudation of column approx @ 1.5 mtr depth and 2.5mtr width, 2.5 mtr length below the ground level including fixing of props or M.S. Jack system in existing Water Tank UPTO ALL HEIGHT OF THE BEAM

Chipping of Plaster/Concrete Upto cover: Chipping of plaster/concrete upto cover only for making better bonding in between old and new concrete including tapering all edges upto 25mm thickness.

Supply and apply a cement based polymer modified rebar corrosion protection system to existing reinforcement Product: SikaTop Armatec 108, Product requirements: Carbonation resistance: 2mm of SikaTop Armatec 108 corresponds to 20mm of normal mortar ; bond strength> 1N/mm2 according to ASTM C 882-78

P & F of Extra 8mm L-type shear rebar connector 8mm Providing extra rebar with Hilti/Fischer/Sika Anchor fix chemical including power drilling ,cleaning of holes, then rebars should be inserted in holes that should be filled with epoxy to ensure the bond and straightning, cutting , bending, placing in position, binding with GI wire of 18 gauge. Complete in all respects (RATE IS EXCLUSIVE OF STEEL)

Additional reinforcement with adequate lap length & rings at required spacing shall be tied with existing reinforcement using binding wire or welded complete as per site requirements and direction of EIC.

Supply and apply a pre-batched one com,ponent polymer modified cementitious patch mortar for a thickness of 30-40mm in two layer or as directd by EIC, Product: SIKA MONOTOP-122 F/SILPLAST PMF 100, Yield: approx 0.84ltr/kg, system requirements: compressive strength>=50N/mm2 (28days) according to ASTM C 109;Flexural strength>=3N/mm2(7days) according to ASTM C 293-79

Repair of Main Tank Outside Area and Stair. Chipping of Plaster/Concrete Upto cover: Chipping of plaster/concrete upto cover only for making better bonding in between old and new concrete

SITE MIXED PMM TREATMENT : Providing , mixing and applying polymer modified cement mortar in layers, each layer not exceeding 20mm thick upto 50mm thick, including towelling with wooden tools etc. for reconcilation purposes, polymer like Sika SBR Latex mixed in proportion of 1:5:15 (Polymer:Cement:Sand).

Repair of Tank from inner side and PMM treatment at bottom side of stair. Surface Preparation: Removing dust particles and existing treatment with grinder wire brush/blower

Makeing 'V' groove of 5mm wide and 5mm deep over crack line by electrically operated angle grinder with diamond concrete saw blade and cleaning it by air blower as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and apply solvent free, moisture insensitive epoxy resin based patch repair putty on vertical surfaces. Product: Sikagard 694 Product requirements: suitable for submerged condition; compressive strength of 40 N/mm2 (1 day) according to IS 9162-1979.

Drilling and fixing injection packers in RC members including, : Drilling Holes: Drilling holes in structural members at the intervals as per recommendation of engineer in charge. Cleaning of holes: Clean the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles. Fixing of Packers: Insert 12 mm dia., 50~75 mm PVC TYPE. Cutting of Packers: Cut the packers by cut of wheel after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements.

Cement grouting with the addition of non shrink grout like Cebex 100 or its equivalent

Priming coat with SBR Latex in the ratio of 1:4:6 (Chemical:water:cement)

Sikatop Seal 109 hi or Brushbond RFX Application (Flexible nature coating) : Apply & Supply of Sika Topseal 109 hi or brushbond RFX (first Coat) after the application of Sika Latex coating as a primer using recommended spray pump/Hard bristled brush or trowels as per site requirement

Sika Fab Fiber Mesh. Apply & Supply of Sika Fab Fiber mesh over First coat, before it completely dries up.

Finishing two Coat : The finishing of coating thus laid shall be done with uniform coat of Sika TOPSEAL 109 hi or Brusbond RFX
