If the bidder quoted less than the amount put to tender, the bidder should purchase DD/FDR for the Actual difference Amount in the name of Executive Engineer, No.2 Buildings Divison, Bangalore (Work Indent No..) before the last date of the receipt and the same has to be submitted within two days after opening the financial bid without fail. If the DD/FDR had not purchased within the stipulated date/ any discrepancy in the DD/FDR and failing to submit the original copy to the Division office, such bid will be REJECTED
