Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) and removing the debris to a distance exceeding 1.5 Km but not exceeding 5.0 Km (outside MD land) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of PCC block masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons, risers of steps, skirting, dado etc., laid bedded and pointed in any mortar mortarcomplete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling structural steel work as in frame work of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for hardcore using broken stone or boulders of gauge exceeding 63 mm but not exceeding 100 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks made up of (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), masonry exceeding 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks made up of (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), masonry exceeding 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:6) but except concrete blocks complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Old serviceable concrete solid blocks obtained from demolition shall be re-used.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pre-cast reinforced cement concrete (1:1½:3) type A1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in slabs using necessary form work including placing the slabs after thay are casted, set, cured and tested completely at required locations using hoisting equipment without causing damage to either slabs or to other existing structures complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Reinforcement will be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this BOQ.

M&L for non-metallic floor hardner ready mix spread @ 4 Kg/Sqm over concrete whilst the concrete is green and trovelled complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for use and waste of formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns etc., (square/rectangular/polygonal) for rough finished surfaces of concrete flat complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for use and waste of formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc., for rough finished surfaces of concrete flat complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Mild steel CRS/HCRM TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for structural steel grade E-250 (Fe-410W Quality A) conforming to IS:2062 as in compound girders and stanchions, lattice girders, aerial masts, staging for water tanks and the like including caps, bases, splices etc. built up from two or more beam or channel sections or angles with plates, including all lattice bars, stiffeners, gusset plates, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel joist, channel, angle or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc., (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) Quality 'A' complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc.. not exceeding 10 kg each brackets, conforming to Fe.290, Gde-E-165 conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for stainless steel hollow sections circular/square/rectangular in shape and any size and thickness, grade AISI-316 type (Austenitic anti-corrosive in nature) as in railings/grills/designer work including post top cap, bottom plate, cutting, bending, seamless welding and fixed in any location complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel high carbon wheels 150mm dia, 50mm thick with ball bearings with brackets fixed with suitable size of bolt, nut and washers and bracket welded to gates/rolling structures and the like complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand (river sand) filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block, glossy finished, any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 grade, made of grey cement and pigments, any pattern, laid in floors, laid dry including filleting to edges in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glossy finished chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, made of grey cement and pigments, machine pressed as in flooring, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in two coats 5mm thick in CM (1:4) mixed with integral water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement over 10mm thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete, surfaces finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of first quality over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls of any description and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed.
