Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) exceeding 1.5 Sqm and n.exc 4 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 Sqm but n exc 2 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing shutters of any description after minor repair exceeding 1.00 Sqm and not exceeding 2.00 Sqm each in same opening, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls or stone walls of any description etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness, below or above ground level, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonay built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles and removal of debris/rubbish off the premises etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing 15mm dia and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing 20mm dia and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories), complete all as specified and as directed.
