M&L for vacuuming complete system of central air conditioning plant at Signal Centre(3x45TR) of Make : York with double stage vacuum pump of (-) 2Kg/cm² vacuum pressure after repairs to compressor or repair in refrigeration system, charging the dry nitrogen gas and hold up to 24 hrs and rectifying the leackage if any by repairing the "O" ring and gland packing of service valve/ Oil seal, including top up the compressor oil and charging R-22 / R134a gas at various plant all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge including testing and commissioning complete. Note :- (a) Referigerant Gas R-22/R-134a, Nitrogen gas and compressor oil will be measured and paid separately under relevant items as supply only. (b) After charging R-22/R134a gas, if any leakage of gas from the system happens within six months, then contractor shall be responsible for re-charging gas at his own cost. (c) Testing and commissioning complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for De-scaling the shell and tube condensor of Central type AC Plant at Signal Centre of capacity 3x45TR of Make : York by circuilating de-scaling chemical through for 2 to 3 hours, opening the end cover of condensor and cleaning inner tubes manually with the help of nylon / wire brush until complete scale is removed and flush out with fresh water. Reassembling the end cover including replacement of gasket, bolts, nuts etc as required and commissioning complete all as directed by Eng-in-charge. Note:- (a) De-Scaling of all Condensors of AC Plants shall be done twice during contract period as directed by Engineer-in-charge and quoted unit rate of this item shall be deemed inclusive that cost.

M&L for isolating the screw compressor of Central type AC Plant at Albert Ekka Auditorium of capacity 2x61 TR of Make : Daikin by loosing/ cutting nuts and bolts at suction and discharge valve opening of compressor, removing the unservicable/ damaged internal parts, cleaning, overhauling complete, replacement of wornout parts such as suction reeds, discharge reeds, safety valve, loading/ unloading mechanism, piston, rings, springs, washers, nuts and blots, gasket set, shaft seal, 'O' ring set, recharging compressor oil and refrigerant after pressure test and vaccum testing complete all as directed by Eng-in-charge. Note:- 1. Cost of all necessary spares require to be renewed shall be included in quoted unit rate.

Periodic maintenance including supply of consumable of the following VRF/Ductable AC units Model No. IVRFB28TC – 28H, Cap. 28 HP- 02 Nos (Make of Air Condition Unit :- Blue Star) with all connected pipe line outdoor & indoor units, copper tubes, drain line, electric connecting etc complete system as per direction of Original Equipments Manufacturer(OEM) including repair / replacement of spares parts / accessories as per original at site for functioning of VRF/ Ductable AC plant to run the system with full efficiency without breakdown including cleaning entire installation area as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (a)The cost of material & repaired charges for complete one month shall deem to be included in above quoted rate for entire above installations. Accordingly bidder/ tenderer is advised to visit site before quoting his offer and nothing will be paid on this account. (b) Necessary record of maintenance for any consumable items / spares / servicing is to be submitted weekly to Engineer-in-Charge.

Notes for item no 99 to 104:- (a) During break down the contractor shall also provide high skilled mechanic/Special engineer to find out and rectify the fault and make it functional on emergency basis. The cost of the same shall be deem to be included above quoted rate. In addition to fortnightly servicing through OEM ENGINEER shall be carryout the inspection as per maintenance schedule and the cost of the same shall deemed to be included in quoted rate. (b) In case new mechanic/operator joint during currency of contract period contractor shall inform to GE. (c) Comprehensive maintenance include day to day routine/periodical maintenance with replacement of defective equipments/ parts as specified shall deem to be included in above quoted rate. ( Record for replaced item/spare part to be maintained duly signed by JE and contractor.) (d) All equipments under contract will be serviced 4 times during the contract period as per standard checklist and out of four,once of the compressive maintenance and testing shall be carried out during April so that during summer all equipment to be trouble free and working smoothly. The next service will be rendered in the quarter after the summer season. Any fault/damage occured due to insects /rats will be rectified by the contractor , the cost of the same shall deem to be included above quoted rate. (e) Contractor shall rectify the fault within 24 hours as per direction of AGE E/M or his rep otherwise recovery shall be as 2% per 24 Hours of rate quoted . (f) Make and model of part to be replaced shall be same as existing at site or as per OEM . (g) Contractor shall maintain the temp of AC Plant as per the direction of GE/AGE/user or his rep within design limit. (h) During the entire contract period any defective components to be repair/replace to make plant/machinery fully functional. The cost of the same is deemed included in quoted rates, no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect. (j) The cost of transpiration and other necessary equipments shall be arranged/brought by contractor in this effect (k) Make and model of part to be replaced shall be same as existing at site or as per OEM recommendation.

(l) All labour charges for taking out old spares/items and replacing spares, testing, commissioning, transportation etc shall deemed to be included in the above quoted rates. (m) The compressor shall be checked for its proper functioning and if any defect/US is found the same will be repaired / replaced by the contractor. (n) Safety controls such as pressure cut outs shall be tested or proper functioning and in case of any malfunctioning they will be either repaired or replaced accordingly by the contractor. (o) Condenser Coil & Evaporator coil.(Cooling coil ) shall be inspected and cleaned, if necessary and for any defect found , the same shall be repaired by contractor. (p) Repairs to refrigerant piping/ducting line due to system problems shall be repaired by contractor. (q) The PCBs of the IDU and ODU will be checked for its proper functioning and if any defect found, the same shall be rectified/replaced and shall be repaired by contractor. (r) Refrigerant gas shall be topped up in the system as and when necessary by the contractor. (s)Decision of GE regarding repair or replacement of defective parts to make it serviceable is final and binding. In case raising of dispute between repair or replacement of any defective parts to make it serviceable, the decision of the Accepting officer is final and binding. (t) The cost of transportation and other necessary equipment shall be arranged/brought by the contractor in this effect , hence the bidder/tenderer is advised to visit the site and assess the quantum of the work to be carried out in the contract and quoted there rate accordingly. (u) Letter for permission be sent only with ID proof/police verification for smooth functioning faling which no representation will be intertained. (v) The cost of all consumables including required refrigerant gas and Lub shall deemed to be included in quoted rate. Accordingly bidder/ tenderer is advised to visit site and rate for above mentioned items deem to be included in the quoted rate. Unused/Balance Spare parts will be returned to the Contractor after completeion of Contract. (b) Necessary records of maintenance for any consumable items / spares / servicing is to be submitted weekly to Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, fabrication , installation and testing of GSS sheet metal of 20 Gauge (1 mm thick) factory /Site made rectangular ducts, complete with MS frame structure and necessary supports using thread roads and anchor bolts, supply air collars, vanes complete with splitter damper, duct damper, vanes etc fabricated out of galvanized sheet class VIII conforming to IS 277. The duct fabrication and installation shall confirm to IS 655-2006 all dampers, splitters shall be fabricated out of GS sheet of two gauges higher than the duct piece having these fittings of following sizes.All Items related to fabrication to fabrication of ducts shall confirm to the relevant IS mentioned in IS

S&F of thermal insulation on the sheet metal duct wrapped with Aluminium foil faced class "O" 25 mm thick closed cell nitrile rubber on ducts installed inside the auditorium complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of copper refrigerant tube of 1/2" Outer Dia minimum 1mm thick for condensor of AC Plants complete all as specified and directed as in repair.

S&F of GI earth wire for continuous earth wire for VRF AC Plants out of 4 mm dia galvanised steel wire including clamping in walls/floors complete all as specified and directed including taking down the existing & removing from site as in repair.

S&F of PVC flexible pipe/conduit cover 25mm dia for connection of electrical wires from Panel to VRF/Ductable AC System duly fixed/clamped in walls/floors by saddles and replacement of worn out copper lugs of suitable size as per site complete all as specified and as directed including taking down the existing & removing from site as in repair.

Note: Schedule of credit (SCHEDULE OF CREDIT) amount of ₹ 36,820.00 mentioned on Page No 40 shall be deducted from the total quoted amount of BOQ.
