Bed Hard Ply Top (a) Remove the unserviceable plywood from both side of head board frame of bed. Supply and fixing with new plywood 4mm thick one side teak face on the both side existing head board (Size of ply : 780mm x 340mm) (Make : Archid/Green ply) and 12mm dia half cut teak wood beading shall be provided with joins of plywood,complete all as specified and as directed .(Drg No-FD-246).

(b) All as per item No. 1 here-in-before but for foot board. Size of Ply shall be 780mm x180mm,(Drg No-FD-246).

(c) Remove of unserviceable legs from head board of bed and Supply and fixing with new legs in its original position made out of teak wood. Size of leg shall be 60mmx 60mm x 860mm and all as per drg and directed by Engineer-in-charge.(Drg No-FD-246).

(d) Remove of unserviceable legs from foot board of bed and Supply and fixing with new legs in its original position made out of teak wood. Size of leg shall be 60mmx 60mm x 500mm and all as per drg and directed by Engineer-in-charge.(Drg No-FD-246).

(e) Remove the existing unserviceable long rail and supply and fix new long rail (size : 35mm x 90mm x 1980mm) made out of Teak wood well seasoned and all as shown on drg and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Drg No-FD-246).

(f) Remove the existing unserviceable ply wood from bed and supply and fixing with new plywood 12mm thick BWR IS-303.(Drg No-FD-246).

(g) Preparation of surface by Remove of existing polishing mark scratches from all exposed wooden surface to make clean and smooth with required grade of sand paper and finish with polish to bring the surface to require glossy finish and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.(Drg No-FD-246).

Chair Varandah (a) Remove of old caning from the steel frame of chair varandah and making the frame by means of welding wherever required to bring its in original shape as per drg. complete all as specified and as directed .(Drg No-FD-19 (M)).

(b) De-rusting/cleaning the iron frame to smooth surface and painting all steel surface with two coat of synthetic enameled white paint over a coat of red oxide primer to bring the surface with glossy finish and re-caning the same with 4mm white plastic cane Make-Ajoy/Primer oval shape as approved by as per drg and providing the new rubber shoe complete.(Drg No-FD-19 (M)).

Chair Writing.(a) Remove of existing unserviceable under mentioned members and providing the new one made out of 1st class HW well seasoned (Teak) and fixing the same in in its original position as per drg from Front Legs.(Drg No-FD-280).

(b) Rear Legs.

(c) Front rail of seat frame (Hole should be 12.5mm apart of each other).

(d) Side Rail(Ditto complete).

(e) Long Stiffener.

(f) Back rest batten.

(g) Arm rest.

(h) Remove the existing canning and supply and weave with 2mm thick new white plastic cane oval shape godrej patern and beading with 4mm thick new white plastic cane as apporeved.

(j) All as per item No 7 here-in-before but for chair writing.

Charpoy IP Folding (a) Remove the existing unserviceable Ply wood from Charpoy IP Folding and making the frame to its original position by tightening etc and Supply & fixing with new ply wood 12mm thick, commercial, BWR Grade (IS-303) of existing shape & size and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.(Drg No-FD-388).

(b) Removing unserviceable check nuts and supply & fix new nuts in charpoy IP Folding,(Drg No-FD-388).

Chair Dinning Remove the existing canning and supply and weave with 2mm thick new white plastic cane oval shape godrej patern and beading with 4mm thick new white plastic cane as apporeved and providing new hard rubber/PVC shoes at the bottom of the chair. Remove of existing unserviceable under mentioned members and providing the new one made out of 1st class HW well seasoned (Teak) and fixing the same in its original position as per drg.(Drg No-FD-279).

(a)Same as item no. 22 but Front Legs.(Drg No-FD-279).

(b) Rear Legs.(Drg No-FD-279).

(c) Front rail of seat frame (Hole should be 12.5mm apart of each other),(Drg No-FD-279).

Table dinning 4 Pers . (a) Taking out old u/s top of table dining 4 pers & supply & fixing new top made out of prelaminated particle board bonded with phenol formaldehyde exterior gde 18/19mm thick one side teak veneered & other side having balancing white laminated duly fixing with 19x4mm thick teakwood beading all around the top complete all as specified and shown on drg.(Drg No-FD-30(M) FD-1115 )

(b) Removing old & u/s legs of table dinning 4 pers & S/F new legs of size 740x60x60mm made out of 1st class well seasoned teakwood duly fixing PVC rubber shoe at the bottom of legs with mild steel screws complete all as directed & shown on drg.(Drg No-FD-30(M) FD-1115 )

(c) Taking out old & u/s long rail and S&F new long rail made out of 1st class well seasoned teakwood complete all as directed and shown on drg.(Drg No-FD-30(M) FD-1115 )

(d) All as per item No 33 here-in-before but short top rail.

(e) All as per item No. 7 here-in-before but for Table dining 4 Pers.

Charpoy GI Pipe with ply top (a) Remove the existing unserviceable Ply wood from Charpoy GI Pipe and making the frame to its original position by tightening etc and Supply & fixing with new ply wood 12mm thick, commercial, BWR Grade (IS-303) of existing shape & size and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.(Drg No-FD-220)

(b) Removing the unserviceable/broken check nuts form GI charpoy & supply and fix 6mm thick GI Medium grade check nuts suitable for 32mm dia GI pipe all as specified and shown on drawings (Each check nut will be measured as single unit).(Drg No-FD-220)

(c) Removing the unserviceable broken 3 way GI elbow from GI charpoy and S & F 32 mm dia GI medium grade 3 way elbow ISI marked all as specified and shown on drg and directed by Engr-in-Charge (Each GI Elbow shall be measured as single unit).(Drg No-FD-220)

(d) Removing the existing unserviceable/broken long rail from GI charpoy and S & F new long rail of GI tubing 32mm including cutting, threading and bringing the GI charpoy into the original shape as shown on drawing and directed by Engr-in- Charge. (Make: TATA/JINDAL). (Drg No-FD-220)

(e) Making short rails obtained from item No 39 above and fixing all as shown on drawing. (Drg No-FD-220)

(f) Making legs out of unserviceable long/short rails obtained from item 39 and 40 above including cutting, threading and fixing all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.(Drg No-FD-220)

Sofa set 5 Seater (a) Remove the existing unserviceable sofa cushion from sofa set 5 seated and supply and fixing the new cushion 100 mm thick x 40 density of size 530x560mm covered with new tapestry cloth duly stitched.Make: Kurlon/sleep well.(Drg No-FD-281)

Repair to Table Centre. Remove the old unserviceable leg and providing the new leg made out of 1st class teak Wood seasoned of size 60x30x356mm high and fixing the same in its original position as per drg. (Drg No-FD-220)

Remove old broken top rail and providing the new top rail made out of 1st class hardwood teak of size 20x50x900mm and fixing the same in its original position as per drg.(Drg No-FD-274/275)

Remove old unserviceable top short rail and providing the new top rail of size 20x50x450mm and shape made out of 1st class HW well seasoned teak and fixing the same in its original position as per drg.(Drg No-FD-274/275)

Remove the old top and providing the new top made out of 18mm particle board one side laminated exterior grade with 4mm teak wood beading all around and fixing the same on table centre in its original position as per drawing.(Drg No-FD-274/275)

All as per item No 7 here in before but for Table centre.
