Material & labour for servicing , cleaning , greasing - Gear Box for Hanger Doors for wheel bearing and shaft, grinding and polishing the shaft, making the shaft to shape and alignment complete mechanical / Electrical/Electronic system with complete overhauling of electrically operated Hanger door of any make and any size, oiling, greasing of moveable parts, top up the gear oil if required making the hanger door in serviceable condition .complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i).The servicing should be done once in quarterly and a register should be maintained by the contractor. (ii) No extra cost shall be paid for attending complaints and defective parts shall be paid separately as supply & fix under respective item. (iii) Top up of gear oil will be paid separately under respective item (iv) The rate quoted shall included necessary minor spares , welding as required at site.

Material & labour for servicing of Gear Box & complete mechanical system with complete overhauling of electrically operated Air traffic boom barrier of make heize or existing make size ( 9m) , oiling, greasing of moveable parts, top up the gear oil if required making the barrier in serviceable condition complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i).The contractor shall be paid only once in entire contract period for servicing. (ii) No extra cost shall be paid for attending complaints and defective parts shall be paid separately as supply & fix under respective item. (iii) Top up of gear oil will be paid separately under respective item (iv) The rate quoted shall included necessary minor spares , as required at site.

Supply and replacement of HD-90 lubricating oil in gear box of Hanger door/barrier complete all as specified & directed. The brake oil is used to top up evaporated brake fluid , hence no credit is offered .

S&F in replacement of ball bearing No 6305/6304 for Boom barrier of any make and capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting & taking out existing burnt electric motor reverse/forward of capacity 1 HP single phase for air traffic barrier from position, strip opening and winding with suitable grade of wire, oiling and greasing , reassembling the motor & testing on full load complete all asspecified & directed by Engr - in - Charge.

M&L for complete wiring of control panel of traffic barrier , Disconnecting and removing/taking out old unserviceable wiring from control panels and rewiring the panel with suitable new control copper wire with suitable , core and size as per exising complete all as specified and directed/. Note : Repairs of control panel door/cover including welding work if required for smooth & proper functioning of door / cover are included in the item rate quoted.

Shifting of boom barrier from one location to another by disconnecting the boom barrior of any type/model/capacity with complete accessories and grouting with provision of RCC foundation of suitable dimensions as required including grouting of nut bolts,channels, angles as required at site and re-fixing back of barrior with all accessories, connecting of electrical connections, testing complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Required RCC foundation , excavation, and earth work transportation and misc works are deemed to be included in the item rate

M & L for servicing of motorised system of electrically operated rolling shutter at the height of 6 metre,strip opening oiling, greasing and cleaning the bearing & moveable parts of shutters, remetling the bearing covor plate and reassembling the motorised system and testing for proper functioning all as specified & directed.

S&F in replacement of Boom barrier support as per existing at site complete all as specified and directed by Enginner-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of electrically operated motor with gear assembly system of rolling shutter of capcity 1 HP ,1500 to 2000 Kg, as per existing Size and shape suitable for electrical operated door/rolling shutter complete all as specified and directed .The electrical motor system shall have the facilty to operate the door with chanin for manual operation. Note: Testing commissioning of the door for its satisfactory operation is the responsibility of the contractor.

NOTE : (i) The cost of earth lead and its protection pipe upto and including 7.5 mtr only from the top of the earth electrode are deemed to be included under this item and additional earth lead , if any, required at the site shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A’. (ii) The cost of GI pipe, RCC pit with cover, Funnel, insulators is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. Material and labor in repair for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm X 600mm X 6mm thick buried directly in the ground vertically to a depth, not less than 2.25 meters below normal ground level (with the top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 meters below ground level) connected to GI strip 25mm x 4mm main earthing lead using galvanized bolts, nuts, and washers all as shown in electrical plate no 3 of MES Schedule Part-I, earth lead connected to earth test point & main switchboard, etc with & including the adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt around earth plate, PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for earth pit with precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, 40mm thick cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars 3 Nos both way with 12mm dia round bar handle, GI medium grade watering pipe 20 mm dia with a funnel and wire mesh, etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- 1. The cost of earth leading up to and including 7.5 meters only from the top of the earth electrode is deemed to be included under this item and additional earth lead if any is required shall be measured and paid for separately under the appropriate item of Sch 2. The cost of the earth pit chamber and the cover is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

M&L for earth testing and recording the earthing values of copper/GI/Chemical and Maintenance free earthing once in three months after disconnecting the strips from the test point terminal from the earthing pit in the presence of JE/User / Engr-in-charge with an approved earth resistance tester complete all as directed. Note: 1. The cost of Earth tester duly calibrated along with labor and Register is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

M&L for marker fabricated with 14 gauge MS sheet of size 300mmx180mm rectangular with 20 mm square hollow bar 60 cm long duly painted of colour as directed for writing ER value, date of testing and due date for testing, Earth pit No etc complete all as specified and directed including taking down the old unserviceable marker. Note : Required PCC work with sufficient digging to support & fix the marker is included in this item .

M&L for painting on earth pit & cover with two coats of approved color cement-based paint complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for rep/maint of of existing tilted/embeded earth pit by digging not exceeding 3 feet deep around earth pit , filling by nearby soil & re-adjusting the earth pit in proper manner ,all as directed .

Disconnecting & taking up or down existing unserviceable / deshaped, aluminum / GI earth strips or taking down conductors of any size and in any position at any location in any height of the building and hangar stacking properly the serviceable strips for re-use in the work including making good the distrurbed surfaces to match with the existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of aluminium earth strip 25 mm x 3mm as in roof conductors / down conductor fixed on walls / roofs with saddels/epoxy insulator including screws required at site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead 32x6mm GI strip/earth lead, laid in pipe/fixed on walls or any other position including jointing by welding washers at every joint complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead 32mm x 6mm, copper strip/earth lead, laid in pipe/fixed on walls or any other position including jointing by welding or brazing at every joint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking down carefully the deshaped, broken, tilted, Lightning protection Air termination rod with GI pipe, light grade 40mm bore 1.2 mtr long, duly threaded on one side for fixing socket at rooftop of hangers/bldgs and refixing the same complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : (i) The unserviceable items, if required for replacement, will be measured and paid separately.

S&F in replacement of GI water tubing, light grade, 50mm bore, 0.6 mtr long, duly threaded on one side for fixing socket as in Air termination stand/post at the rooftop of hangers/bldgs, including taking down the old unserviceable pipe, complete all as specified and directed. Note (i) GI pipe 0.6 mtr length will be in a single length & no joint will be allowed.

S&F in replacement of GI water tubing, light grade, 40mm bore, 1.2 mtr long, duly threaded on one side for fixing socket as in Air termination stand/post at the rooftop of hangers/bldgs, complete all as specified and directed. Note (i) GI pipe 1.2 mtr length will be in a single length & no joint will be allowed.

S&F in replacement of test point terminal block for earthing, complete all as specified and directed

Supply only a GI socket 40mm bore, on a vertical pipe post/stand, including taking down the old unserviceable socket, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only GI reducer (50mm x 40mm bore ), on vertical post/stand, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply only aluminium gutka 40mm dia, having internal thread of 12 mm dia and external thread of 40mm dia to be fixed GI socket complete all as specified and directed.
