Supplying, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 20 Passenger Bed-Cum- Passenger Lift (Lift 1&2) (Simplex System operation) with Machine Room (Rate to be quoted after inspection & verification of the actual site including modification of lift well as necessary for installation of 20passenger cum bed lift in place of existing 15passenger lift ), With Geared/ Gearless Machine , Stainless steel body with V3F Control Panel with ARD (with Exide maintenance free Battery) and the main following specification. (Make - Otis/ Kone/Schindler) following IS : 14665

(i) Capacity - 1360 Kg (20 Passenger). (ii) Speed - 1.00 mps. (iii) No. of stops / openings - 6 stops/ 6 opening (All openings on the same side ) (iv) Travel height - As per existing 19 mtrs (Approx), Ground floor to 5th floor. (v) Power Supply - 415 V +-5% , 3 Ph., 50 Hz + 3. (vi) Control system - Microprocessor based AC V3F Controler with Full collective closed loop control. (vii) Machine - With Geared/ Gearless Machine (viii) Head room existing - 4800 mm. X 2000 mm.)(xvi) Clear door opening - (1200 mm X 2000 mm) (xvii) Over Load Protection : Audio & visual indication in car. The lift will not start when over load actuate and door keep open at that time and bypass the landing call when full loaded (xviii) Door Operation : ACV3F operated automatic Centre Opening (COPD) / Telescopic Door (TSPD) with Multi-Beam full height infrared detector door protection system.
