Supply and Installation of Clean agent type Total flooding fire suppression system to UCB 2, 3 & 4 in RTPS

Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

List of Financial Resources with Certificates

The Intending Bidder should be OEM/OES and shall have experience in Supply and Installation of Gas based total flooding fire suppression system, mini-Adaptive Automatic Fire Extinguishers and Standalone ceiling mounted Fire Extinguishers to any Industry/Pvt. Or Govt. Organizations. As a proof of this, OEM/OES Certificate with WO/JO/PO copy issued by Competent Authority shall be uploaded.

The intending bidder should have satisfactorily completed as a prime contractor, at least one similar work such as Supply and Installation of Gas based total flooding fire suppression system, mini-Adaptive Automatic Fire Extinguishers and Standalone ceiling mounted Fire Extinguishers of value not less than Rs 183 Lakh (i.e., 2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23 and 2023-24) in any Industry/Pvt. Or Govt. Organizations.As a proof of this, the bidder should upload a single/Multiple work orders/Purchase orders and corresponding work done/Invoice certificates issued by the Competent Authority (Work done/JO/INVOICE of previous years shall be given weightage at 10% per year to bring them to the present price level of the financial year 2024-25).

The intending bidder in his name should have achieved an average annual financial turnover of Rs 730 Lakh in at least two financial years during the last five years (2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23 and 2023-24). As a proof of this. the bidder shall upload the certified copy of the Profit and Loss account or turnover certificate with UDIN duly certified by the chartered Accountant. (Financial turnover of previous years shall be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the present price level of financial year 2024-25).

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should be OEM/OES and should possess valid Experience certificate for having carried out similar works.

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing similar engineering works and should have executed similar works.
