SCH 'A' PART XI (MISC B/R & E/M ITEMS) Note:- Excavation and earthwork to the extent required for execution of relevant item under this schedule unless otherwise specified shall be measured and paid under relevant items of Schedule 'A' Part-II.
INTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY
S&F GI Modular gang sunk-in pressed terminal boxes of required size does not less than 1.2 mm thick factory made for Metal flush box 8 module complete all specified and directed.
Supply, install, testing and commissioning outdoor type, step down transformer 11000/0.433 volts (at no load) AC, 3 phase 50 Hz capacity 100 KVA, core type, double copper wound, oil immersed, naturally cooled, oil natural, air natural (ONAN) with external cooling fins, delta connected on primary side (HV) star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector level 2 symbol, DYN 11 (vector group) with neutral brought out on secondary side (LV side) and having tapping at +2.5% to 7.5% HV side to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap change gear. The maximum temperature rise should not exceed 45°c in oil and 55°c in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method after continuous full load run on an ambient temperature of 40°c.The transformer shall be IS : 1180 marked and shall comprise of the following :- (i) 03 Nos of porcelain bushing with arcing horn on HV side suitable for 11 KV complete with bushing, copper rods, nuts and washers. (ii)One cable box on LT side(Secondary side) consisting of four nos porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washers, with two nos cable gland suitable for reception/taking out of XLPE insulated heavy duty armoured cable including gland, joint and jointing materials complete. (iii) Oil conservator with filter type farinas valve and oil level gauge. (iv) Explosive vent (v) De-hydrating breather with first fill dehydrating agent (Silica Gel).
(vi) Thermometer pocket on tank cover. (vii) One Nos 100 mm dia, dial type thermometer, vapor pressure type, having range 0-120 degree celcius with metal guard having maximum perimeter reading temperature indicator with resisting device for transformer. (viii) Two earthing terminals on tank cover to facilitate fixing of 32 x 6 mm galvanised iron earth strip for earthing of neutral body. (xi) Rating plate and terminal making plate (xii)Oil level gauge. (xiii) Oil drain / filter valve (xiv) Lifting lugs. (xv) Oil filling hole with cap/plug with connecting plate complete. (xvi) Air release valve plug. (xvii) Four plain solid cast steel detachable rollers. (xviii) Extra bushing for neutral, outside the LT cable box for providing independent earthing for neutral. (xix) First filling of new and unused transformer oil IS-35/93 (fourth revision) marked filtered and tested up to 40 KV dielectric strength at 2.5 mm air gap between testing. (xx) Bachholz relay complete connection with 2.5 mm copper conductor cable from relay contactor to HT breaker. (xxi) Certificate of dielectric strength shall be submitted by the contractor after filling the oil.
M & L for earthing with galvanised steel earth plate 60cmx60cmx6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 3.00 mtr below ground level with top edge of plate not less than 2.25m. below ground level) brazed with galvanised iron strip 32x6mm size 7.0 mtr long and connected to copper strip of any size by means of copper bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed. (Internal Electric Supply-08 Nos, DG Set-06 Nos) Note:- The rated quoted is deemed to the inclusive of the followings:- (i) The excavation and earth work (filling in, ramming in layers, watering etc as directed) in any type of soil for earth pit (pit size 1.20x 1.20x3.0mtr). (ii) Perforated GI tubing (ISI marked) light grade 50mm bore 7.0 mtr long for strip protection and watering. (iii) Common salt charcoal dust in alternative layers of 15cm, up to 60cm above the top of copper plate all as directed (Salt - 300Kg, Charcoal dust - 500 Kg).
(iv) Earth chamber of internal size 600mmx600mmx600mm, built in PCC (1:3:6) type C2 bed 15cm thick at bottom, brick work in CM 1:6 upto 45cm over PCC bed and PCC (1:3:6) type C1 coping 15cm above, embedded with MS angle 50mmx50mmx3mm frame work duly painted with anti corrosive bituminous paint, with and including RCC slab 50mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1, reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4Kg per Sqm) having lifting arrangement duly painted in green and making earth pit as directed. (v) On testing, after completion, if the earth resistance < 2 Ohms is not obtained, earthing will be regenerated at no extra cost till the desired earth resistance is obtained. (f) GI tubing, bib tap etc for provisioning of continuous water supply at earthing pit will be measured and paid separately under respective schedule of the contract.
Supply and Installation of11 KV, 630 Amp Load break switch with 200 Amp DO set and earth switch complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, connect, test and commission factory made cubicle type dust and vermin proof LT Feeder Pillar of suitable size outdoor type, made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet and 50x50x6 mm (ISA- 5050) MS angle frame with hinged cubicle doors with locking arrangement, duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red-oxide primer. It should be outdoor type and approved through CPRI . LT Feeder Pillar comprising of the following accessories :-

DG SET
Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Silent Diesel engine driven generating set 82.5 KVA (66KW) with AMF Panel 415Volts 3 phase 50 HZ confirming "IS 10001/10002 : Diesel engines meeting the latest CPCB 4+ norms for emission complete with comprising the following:- (A) Engine: (i) RPM 1500 (ii) Liquid cooled type (B) Alternator: (i) Capacity - 82.5 KVA (ii) Brushless 3 phase 0.8 power factor 1500RPM/ 50Hz, SPDP enclosure with H class insulation confirming to IS-4722 *IP-23 Protection * Permanent lubricating bearing * Permissible overload of 10% for one hour in 12 hours operation. (E) BASE PLATE :- Base plate shall be MS fabricated and strongly welded duly ribbed suitable for receiving engine, alternator alongwith flexible coupling it shall be include set of bolts, washers, rubber coupling, drip tray and protective screen around coupling complete. Note: The complete generating set including engine/alternator shall be factory assembled by manufacturer or its authorized dealer as approved for assembling the DG sets. The DG set shall be assembled by OEM. (F) DG SET FOUNDATION : DG set shall be installed on PCC M-15 foundation complete all as per recommendation and specification of OEM. It shall be extended 01 Meter all around the DG set acoustic enclosure. It shall be 300mm above ground level deemed to be included in quoted rates. (G) ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE FOR DG SET The DG shall be covered with Acoustic enclosure fabricated of MS channel & CRCA sheet 2mm thick having doors, insulation sides and top by mineral rock wool confirming to IS-8183 of adequate thickness acoustic louver/outlet, ventilation system, complete as per manufacturer recommendation with wiring and lightening arrangements, duly painted with weather proof & anti corrosive chemical. Forced ventilation shall be provide by axial flow fan 1440 RPM suitable capacity exhaust fan and inside temp shall not be rise more than 5-8 degree centigrade.
AIR CONDITIONING
Supplying, installing, balancing and commissioning of site fabricated Galvanised Sheet Steel (GSS) ducts conforming to IS: 277. The shall be fabricated either from , rectangular ducting complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, splitter damper vanes, hangars, supports. Duct work shall be rigid and straight without kinks. All exposed ducts within the conditioned space shall have slip joints. Flanged joints shall not be used. Ducts shall be supported independently from the building structure and adequately, to keep the ducts true to shape. The support spacing shall be not more than 2 m.Duct connections to the air-handling unit shall be made by inserting a double canvas sleeve 100 mm long The steel sheets shall be hot dip galvanized with MAT finish with coating of minimum 120 grams per square meter (GSM) of Zinc, GI sheets shall be lead free, eco friendly and RoHS compliant. All sheet metal connections, partitions and plenums required for flow of air through the filters, fans etc. shall be at least 1.25 mm thick galvanised steel sheets. Hanger rods shall be of mild steel and of at least 10 mm dia for ducts upto 2250 mm size, and 12 mm dia for larger sizes. All nuts, bolts and washers shall be zinc plated steel. All rivets shall be galvanised or shall be made of magnesium - aluminium alloy. Self tapping screws shall not be used. The fabrication of ducts shall be carried out as per approved drawings and specifications of following sheet thickness complete all as specified and as directed.
(a) 0.63 mm thickness sheet (24 gauge) for Longest side 750mm and below
(b) 0.80 mm thickness sheet (22 gauge) for Longest side 751 mm to 1500 mm
Note: (i) The duct work shall be as per IS 655. (ii) The GSS sheets for duct work shall conform to class viii with zinc coating of 120 gm/sq mtr as per ISS-277.
Supply and fixing of acoustic lining of supply air duct and plenum with 25 mm thick resin bonded glass wool having density of 32 kg/m³ shall conform to IS 8183 as amended upto date.Accoustic insulation shall be stuck to inside the ducting after applying 2 coats of cold setting adhesive (CPRX Compound). The insulation is held in position with rivets or galvanised steel bolt with counter sunk heads ,25 x 25 GI section 1.5 mm thick and GI plate washers at the centre to centre distance of 600mm.The insulation shall be covered with reinforced plastic tissue paper and 0.5 mm thick perforated aluminium sheet having perforations between 20-40% fixed to inside surface of the duct with cadmium plated nuts, bolts, stick pins, CPRX compound etc complete as required and as per specifications
Supplying and fixing Accoustic insulation lining on wall of AHU Room with 50 mm thick, 32 kg/m3, rigid bonded fibreglass. Accoustic insulation shall be fixed in 610 mm x 610 mm frame work made of 25 x 50 x 50 x 50 x 25 mm made out of 0.6 mm thick GI sheet U shaped channel shall be fixed to walls leaving 610mm from floor by means of raw plugs in walls and dash fasteners in ceiling.and covered with reinforced fibre glass tissue and finished with aluminium perforated sheet having perforation between 20-40%of thickness not less than 0.8mm shall be fixed over the entire surface neatly without causing sag/ depression in between and held with screws. Sheet joints should overlap minimum 10mm.Aluminimum beading of 25mm wide and thickness not less than 1.00 mm shall be fixed on all horizontal/ vertical joints by means of screw
Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Motorized (ON-OFF Type) duct mounted GI volume control damper with enthalpy sensor and necessary control wire (minimum 1.5 sqmm) for integration within AHU room complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of supply air diffusers of 22mm gauge powder coated aluminium with aluminium volume control dampers of 22mm gauge with anti smudge ring and removable core complete as per specifications and approved drawings and schedules.
Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of return air diffusers of 22mm gauge powder coated aluminium but without volume control dampers complete as per specifications and approved drawings and schedules.
Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of powder coated extruded aluminium return air grills with louvres but without volume control dampers complete as per specifications and approved drawings and schedules.
Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of GI construction fresh air louvers with min. 60 % free area , bird screen and fresh air filters and painted in baked enamel shade with metallic frame work complete as per specification approved drawings and schedules.
Supply, fix, test and commission of motorized fire and smoke damper in supply air duct / main branch, return air duct as and where required of required sizes. The fire damper shall be motorized and spring return type so as to close the damper automatically in the event of power failure and open the damper when power is restored. The spring return action shall be inbuilt mechanism and not externally mounted. The Fire & smoke damper shall be complete with electronic temperature sensor and electrically operated actuator and interconnecting wiring between AHU & dampers .The damper shall also be closed in the event of fire signal. The fire damper shall be located in the supply / return air ducts. The control panel shall be located such that the reset can be done easily complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of LT panel indoor type floor mounted confirming of IS 8623 Part (one), CPRI approval, totally enclosed vermin proof suitably ventilated, factory built, modular, sectionalised, compartmentalized, extendable type suitable for operation on 3 phase, 4 wire 433/415 Volts, 50Hz, AC supply. The outer sheet shall be fabricated out of 2.0mm thick CRCA sheet & MS angle section of suitable size for frame and compartmentalized inner shell shall be fabricated of out of 1.6 mm thick CRCA sheet for control gear. Front and back door operating with locking arrangement at front . The panel shall have vibration free structure with Protection of enclosure IP 55 as per IS-2147 of 1962 with pre-treatment through 7 tank hot chemical process prior to powder coated with minimum 50-70 micron of approved colour. The bottom of outer shell contains a detachable gland plates shall be fabricated out of 3mm thick CRCA sheet having provision for entry of armoured cable of adequate size complete with stiffeners wherever required. The bottom base channel of section not less than 100mmX 50mmX 5 mm thick, fabrication shall be done in transportable sections. The entire panel shall have a common earth bar of required size at the rear with 2 Nos. earth stud, connections and interconnection with solid conductor wires / copper strips, neutral links, control wiring with 1.5 sqmm. & 2.5sqmm. The panel shall be provided with manufacturer name plate, heavy duty SS cable glands of adequate size for incoming and outgoing cables.
Computer cut self adhesive vinyl danger notice plate having conventional symbol of bones and skull to be provided. EPDM gasket of appropriate shape and size provided at all joints, door and covers including suitable size angle iron/flat iron frame work/support required with four legs 60cm long using angle iron 40x40x6mm duly painted with anti corrosive paint, air passing holes and locking arrangement at front with duplicate keys and making connection of incoming and outgoing cable using proper cable lugs, 4 x legs grouted in PCC 1:2:4 and making good disturbed surface complete including providing and fixing following switch gears and as per schedules and technical specifications etc. The panel shall be designed for suitable for motors of chiller unit/cooling tower/and pumps complete as required and comprising of the following: (A) (i) TPN Aluminium electrolytic grade high conductivity bus bar of rating not less than the 1.5 times the rated capacity of incomer MCCB shall be insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeves and mounted on suitable size F class insulators made of non hygroscopic , non combustable, track resistant, high strength FRP/MC/DMC material at an interval not more than 500mm through out the length of busbar along with extension and interconnected busbar. The extension link shall not be less than 300mm long supported on suitable size F class insulators for termination of incoming and outgoing cables. All control wires shall be with 2.5sqmm FRLS multi stranded copper conductor and shall be properly bunched , tied, ferruled for proper identification and crimped with adequate size of lugs (ii) Digital multifunction meter (V,A,KW,KWH), 415 AC alongwith C.T's of suitable ratio (set of three), class 1.0, complete for metering (iii) Indication lamps LED type (RYB) =01 set of three.(iv) MCB SP 6A 'C' series for control ckt protection = 03Nos
(B). INCOMER (i) MCCB 2125Amp 4 pole, 16 KA, lcs = 100% lcu, with fixed magnetic and adjustable thermal release, adjustable overload 80-100% and adjustable short ckt 5 to 10 ln setting complete with phase separator - 01 nos (C). Supply, Installation , Testing and commissioning of prefabricated type cable tray of size 100 mm width x 50 mm depth x 1.6 mm thicknessfabricated out of perforated hot dip galvanized sheet of minimum 1.6mm thick (galvanisation thickness not less than 50 microns).The perforation not more than 17.5%.The 50mm flange to be installed horizontally or vertically. The cable tray shall be complete including cost of bends, elbows, cross, tees, reducers etc. site condition and rate shall include cost of anchor fasteners, screw, nuts, bolts and misc. and other fixing hardware painting of support structure etc as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Note:- (i) All the joints shall be made with copper bazing to get proper conductivity. (ii) Item includes 7.5M Copper Strip as earth lead and 7.5M GI pipe as protection for earth lead. Any additional length of Copper strip shall be measured and paid separately under respective of this schedule and GI protection Pipe shall be measured and paid through deviation order.

Supply and fix fire alarm control panel complying with BS EN 54 single loop panel for installation/ support of 99 detectors & 99 modules upto 200 detectors and module including 7AH 12 V-02 Nos complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply and fix Detectors Complying with and type certified to EN-45 Addressable type multisensory detector with heat and smoke combination Photoelectric / Optical with base with self built intelligence as per IS: 11360 complete all as specified and as directed.

SERVICES FOR MANNING AND OPERATIONOF AC PLANT
Outsourcing for manning and operation of 11 x 3 = 33 TR (2x11 TR working and 1 x 11 TR standby) Package type AC Plant complete installation Checking of AC plant, compressor, condenser, duct, electrical control panels and complete system for three shifts of 8 hours each per day for the following plants after completion of period from the date of completion of phase I test including sundays & holidays complete all as specified and as directed.
