Rack steel ( 1830 x 760 x 1905 MM) Removing the existing unserviceable angle iron of Rack steel 1830 x 760 x 1905 MM (FD-129 (M)) and supply and fix new MS angle iron of size 30 x 30 x 3mm thick, 1905mm long including painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint olive green shade of approved quality over a coat of primer ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing the existing unserviceable shelves of Rack steel 1830 x 760 x 1905 MM (FD-129(M) and supply and fix new shelves of size 760 x 915mm made of 1mm CRCA sheet in appropriate size and shape including painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint olive green shade of approved quality over a coat of primer ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Table bed side (steel) Removing old UNSV top of Table bed side (steel) FD/E6/MAP/15 and supply & fix new top of 18mm thick pre-laminated BWR exterior grade board. Particles board for various members indicated on drawings shall be pre-laminated BWR exterior grade with melamine faced veneers on one side 4 mm teak edging shall be provided to the edges of board as shown on drawings. Back shall be covered with 6mm thick plywood BWP grade conforming to IS:303. Drawer and pull out tray shall be provided with telescopic channels made of mild steel of 1:6 mm thick. Handles shall be 100mm long powder coated no-ferrous metal alloy ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing old UNSV square tube of Table bed side (steel) FD/E6/MAP/15 and S&F new 18mm square tube in each ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing of PVC Shoe of Table bed side (steel) FD/E6/MAP/15 suitable to the leg after removing the unserviceable shoes ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Chair computer Material and Labour for removing the existing damaged twin wheel casters from chair computer (FD/E6/MAP/01) and supply and fix new caster duly fixed to match with the existing ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable seat and back of chair with new seat and back of 12mm thick hot pressed plywood covered with U foam and best quality of tapestry cloth over shape fixed to steel frame all as shown on drawing . Seat and back fixed on frame with screw and including all minor repairs, painting of frame and welding etc ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The tapestry cloth of rate ranging between Rs. 200/- to Rs. 250/- per meter as per sample approved by GE.

Material and Labour for removing unserviceable PVC arms rest supply from chair computer (FD/E6/MAP/01) and fix new PVC arms rest as to match with the existing ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable wheel base of chair computer (Steel) ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Replacement of unserviceable hydraulic system of chair Computer for the adjustment of height ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Chair tubular steel with arms Removing unserviceable seat frame of chair tubular steel with arms from chair steel tubular with arms (FD-75 M) and supply and fix new seat frame made out of shisham wood french polished duly plastic canned in 'Godrej' pattern with plastic cane 2mm width and borders with 4mm wide plastic cane fixed with screws 4 Nos and nuts to the chair frame complete all as per drawing as specified.

Removing unserviceable back frame of chair tubular steel with arms from chair steel tubular with arms (FD-75 M) and supply and fix new back frame made out of shisham wood french polished duly plastic canned in 'Godrej' pattern with plastic cane 2mm width and borders with 4mm wide plastic cane fixed with screws 4 Nos and nuts to the chair frame ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing broken handle from chair steel tubular with (FD-75M) and replacing with new handle made of shisham wood duly french polished and fixed to the chair tubular with arms with screws of suitable size to the chair frame ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing of bars MS Flat 25 x 25 x 4mm thick welded at four corner at bottom of the seat only to support from chair steel tubular with arms (FD-75 M) and also screwed with the seat at two places ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Chair writing steel Material and Labour for removing unserviceable arms rest from chair writing steel (FD/E6/MAP/12) and supply and fix new arms rest as to match with the existing ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable seat and back of chair writing map (FD/E6/MAP/12) with new seat and back of 12mm thick plywood commercial quality (ISI marked) covered with U foam and best quality of tapestry cloth.all as shown on drawing. Seat and back fixed on frame with screw and including all minor repairs and painting of steel frame with welding to steel frame etc ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Chair Verandah Material and Labour for removing the unserviceable conduit part from chair verandah (FD-256) frame and replace the same with new MS conduit 20mm bore,1.6mm thick, upto 30cm length, made to shape, duly welded ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Welding to broken joints of Chair Verandah ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for removing of existing torn out/ unserviceable plastic cane from chair verandah (FD-256), prepare steel tubular frame surfaces of chair with emery paper for painting from and apply two coat of synthetic enamel paint of white colour of approved quality and recaning the chair fully both seat and back with new plastic cane, white, half round of size 4mm wide including providing new suitable PVC shoes of approved quality and colour ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Bed Hard Steel Material and Labour for removing unserviceable plywood top from the bed hard steel and supply and fix new 12mm thick BWR phenol bonded commercial plywood on top of the bed ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Table Computer Removing old UNSV top of Table Computer FD/E6/MAP/03 dimensions as shown in drawings. Shelves , vertical members, top and side etc shall be of 18 mm thick prelaminated melamine faced paticle board exterior grade both side decorative. Wooden beading shall be 4 mm thick of teak wood beading duly polished ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing old UNSV Drawer, pull out tray and keyboard tray and supply and fixing new drawer,pull out tray and keyboard tray shall be provided with telescope channels made of mild steel of 1.25 mm thick ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing old UNSV knob shall be 25 mm dia of shape as approved by Engineer-in-charge and shall be powder coated ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing old UNSV PVC rectangular cover shall be provided as shown in drawings ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

PVC hard buffers shall be provided to legs of table ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Chair School With Hand Board Material and Labour for welding the broken frames (wherever required) with Gas welding ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Welding to 19/20mm MS Tube all round will be considered as one point)
