Excavation in soil with Dozer with lead upto 100 meters ( Excavation for road way in soil by mechanical means including cutting and pushing the earth to site of embankment upto a distance of 100 meters ( avrage lead 50 meters ), including triming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirement of lines, Grade and creoss section).

Construction of Embankment with Material Obtained from Borrow pits. Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirment of table 300-2)

Sub- Base Course Granular sub-base with Coarse Graded material (table:- 400-2) Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and Compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, completes as per clause 401. for grading -I materials (GSB) Vide section-I.Add 1.0% for extra widening at curve & junction improvement.

Base Course. Wet Mix macadam (Providing ,laying, spreading and compacting grade grade stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/ base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratry roller to achive the desired density.) Add 1.0% for extra widening at curve & junction improvement

Prime Coat ( Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of Road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.06kg/sqm using mechanical means).Add 1.0% for extra widening at curve & junction improvement.

Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam (Providing and laying dense bitumen macadam with 100-120TPH batch type HMP producing an avreage output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregate of specified grading, premixing with bituminous binder @4.0 to 4.5 % by weight of total mix mix and filler , transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with senser control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratry and tondem roller to achive the desired compaction as per morth specification clause no 507 complete in all respects.) with VG=30 Grade Bulk Bitumen.Add 1.0% for extra widening at curve & junction improvement.

Bituminous Concrete (Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an avreage output of 75 tonns per hour using crushes aggregates of specified grading, premixing with bituminous binder @ 504 to 5.6 % of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hyrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment rolling with smooth wheeled, vibrating and tandem roller to achive the desired compaction as per morth specification clause No. 509.Comlete ain all respects.)Add 1.0% for extra widening at curve & junction improvement.

Tack Caot Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20kg per sqm on the prepared bitumen/ granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. Add 1.0% for extra widening at curve & junction improvement.

Cross Drain. Excavation for structure (earth work in excavation of foundation of structure as per drawing and technical specication, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other delterious matter,dressing of side and bottom and backfilling with approved material.)

P.C.C. 1:3:6 in foundation (plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size machanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for dayes.)

Plain / Reinforced cement concrete in sub-structure as per drawing and technical specification.M-20, Base slab ,Side wall.

Furnishing and placing Reinforced/ Prestressed cement in super-structure as per drawing and Technical specification.M-20Slab

Supplying fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in super-structure complete as per drawing and technical specification.

Brick masonary work in (1:3) in sub-structure comlete excluding pointing and plastering s per drawing and Technical specification Prapaet wall.

Plastering with cement mortar (1:3) on brick work in sub-structure as per Technical specification .Top prapet,Side of prapet

Painting two coats after filling the surface with synthetic enemel paint in all sheades on new plasterd concrete surface.

1Mx1M Drain Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches in ordinary soil (vide classification of soil item-A) and disposal of excavated earth as obtained to a distance upto 50 M. including all lifts, leveling ramming the foundation trenches, removing roots of trees, shrubs all comlete as per approved design, building specication and direction of E/I.

Providing and laying in Position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering all work up to plinth level 1:2:4( 1cement :Coarse sand (Zone-III):6Graded stone aggregate20)

Providing Tor steel reinforcement of 8mm dia. Rods as per approved design and drawing excluding carriage of bars to work site, cutting bending, and binding with annealed wire with cost of wire , removal of rust, placing the rods in position all comlete as per building specification and direction of E/I

Centering and Shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form for Fiundation , footing bases of columns etc, for mass concrete.wall.

Providing and fixing at or near ground level precast cement concrete in kerbs, edging etc as approved pattern and setting in position with cement mortar 1:3(1cement : 3 Coarse sand ), including the cost of required centering, shuttering complete. 1:1.5:3( 1cement 1.5Coarse sand (zone III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm Nominal Size).Bed,wall.

Filling in foundation trenches and plinth in layers not exceeding 150mm. Thick well watered, rammed, fully compacted and fine dressed with earth obtained after cutting within a lead of 50m and lift of 1.5 M all complete as per building specication and direction of E/I.
