Providing and applying a primer coat low porocity with bitumenous SS-I on prepared surface of granular surfaceincluding cleaning of road surface @0.70-1.00kg/sqm mannual means as per technical specification 502 .
Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rates of 0.275 Kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503 . including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing, laying by Manual means and rolling open graded premix carpet 20 (Twenty) millimeters thickness composed of 13.2 mm. to 5.6 mm. (Thirteen point Two millimeters to Five point Six millimeters)aggregates using penetration grade bitumen VG -10 to required line , grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant , laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished by to required level and grades to be followed seal coat of Type –B- as per Technical Specification Clause 508 (Five hundred Eight), including carriage of materials, labour and equipments to various location of site of work through all modes of transportation in all leads, lifts and all incidental charges.
Providing and laying seal coat by mannual means sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type-B using bitumen S-90/VG-10 as per Technical Specification Clause 510 (Five hundred Ten)including carriage of materials, labour and equipments to various location of site of work through all modes of transportation in all leads, lifts and all incidental charges.
Construction of unlined surface drain of average cross sectional area 0.4sqm in ordinary rock to specified lines grades,levels and dimensions as per approved design and technical specification clause 307 excavated material to be used in embankment at site.B mechanical means.
