Disconnecting existing incoming and outgoing cables from existing old / unsv LT FP / Panel after taking proper power shut down and exercising all safety precautions for human safety, removing the old / unsv LT FP / Panel complete with its accessories and setting aside at safe place and after change of CRCA Sheet 3.15 mm thick, Bus bars, Angle Iron supports etc including all cables re-terminated according to existing system with LT Panel/Feeder Pillar etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F against Item No. 1 above in replacement outer shell of LT Feeder Pillar Panel of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet with epoxy powder coating of RAL 7032 (Smoke Gray) shade with matt finish including doors, hinges and fabrication, cutting, welding, supports, clamps etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : (a) Fixing of its accessories against item No. 1 i.e. MCCBs, Busbars, Indicators, control wiring etc shall be measured and paid separately. (b) Size and design of item shall be executed as per site requirement and also approved by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F against Item No. 1 above in replacement outer shell / Inner shell of LT Feeder Pillar Panel of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet with epoxy powder coating of RAL 7032 (Smoke Gray) shade with matt finish including cutting, welding, supports, clamps etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : (a) Fixing of its accessories against item No. 1 i.e. MCCBs, Busbars, Indicators, control wiring etc shall be measured and paid separately. (b) Size and design of item shall be executed as per site requirement and also approved by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F against Item No. 1 above in replacement angle Iron Support of required size duly painted with anti corrosive black paint including welding, cutting, nuts, bolts & washers of suitable size including taking down old existing one complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement Aluminium Busbars electrolytic grade, Current rating and KA rating as per site requirement and interconnected links shall be insulated with heat shrinkable PVC sleeve with RYB & Black colour coding. The bus bars shall be supported on unbreakable, non-hygroscopic SMC insulated supports at sufficiently close intervals to prevent busbars sag and shall be housed in a dedicated compartment. The size and thickness of busbars shall be as per sample including drilling, cutting and suitable size of galvanised or cadmium plated high tensile nuts, bolts and washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement control wiring of 1.5 Sqmm single core multi-stranded FRLS copper conductor insulated with heat shrinkable PVC sleeve tagged and secured for indicators / meters including suitable size of copper lugs, PVC cable ducts, galvanised or cadmium plated high tensile nuts, bolts and washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement control wiring of 2.5 Sqmm single core multi-stranded FRLS copper conductor insulated with heat shrinkable PVC sleeve tagged and secured for indicators / meters including suitable size of copper lugs, PVC cable ducts, galvanised or cadmium plated high tensile nuts, bolts and washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement Busbar panel weather proof outdoor type single door, fabricated out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet with epoxy powder coating of RAL-7035 ( Siemens Gray) shade with matt finish with seven tank pre treatment process. The Panel shall be compartmentized design totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof, conforming to degree of protection IP-43, Gaskets between all adjacent units and beneath all covers shall be provided to render the joints dust proof. All doors and covers shall be provided with cylindrical panel locks and shall be fully gasketed with neoprene rubber and shall be lockable. The panel shall be provided with aluminium bus bars electrolytic grade of 400 Amps current rating including required size of nut bolts for fixing of cables upto 240 Sqmm. The bus bars and Interconnecting links shall be insulated with heat shrinkable PVC sleeve with RYB & black colour coding and fix horizontally. The bus bars shall be supported on unbreakable, non-hygroscopic SMC insulated supports at sufficiently close intervals to prevent busbars sag and shall be housed in a dedicated compartment. All joints and connection shall be done with galvanised or cadmium plated high tensile nuts, bolts, washers and AL Lugs etc. The panel shall be provided with 04 Nos 50mm x 50mm x 5mm thick angle iron supports of not less than each 0.6 mtr height duly painted with anti corrosive black paint including earth work and grouted in PCC 1:3:6 at suitable depth as per site requirement including taking down existing one. The overall size of the Busbar panel shall not be less than 500mm x 300mm x 700mm (LxWxH) including 4 Nos cable entry holes suitable for cable entry up 3.5C 240 Sqmm at bottom complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Installation in replacement of Digital Multifunction Meter 4410 Series LED, Accuracy Class 1, with RS 485 Parameters V,A,F,PF, kW, kVA, kVAR, kWh, kVAh, kVARh, Runhours, On Hours, Phase angle, Interrupts,THD, Events (High-Low), Neutral Current including cutting of required size of panel sheet without disturbing other accessories and taking down old unsv meters etc complete all as specified and directed

S & F in replacement of Current Transformer, Rated Voltage 660 Volts, AC, Frequency 50 Hz, Ratio 75/5 A, Volts Amp 10, Class 1 Accuracy, Resin Cast, Ring Type CT, Termination S1 & S2 shall be clearly marked for all three phases i.e. R, Y, B including all required control wiring of existing size copper conductor wire and opening the bus bar strip from LT Panel/Feeder Pillar and after fixing the CT in Each Phase Bus bar, nut bolted the all AL bus bar strips according to extisting system including taking down existing one of CT complete all as specified and directed

S & F in replacement LED Indicator lamp Red/Yellow/Blue size as per site requirement including drilling and cutting in panel without disturbing other existing fitments and requisite control wiring etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cutting/drilling to CRCA Sheet of 3.15mm/2mm thick for fixing of MCB/MCCB etc of suitable length/size according to site requirement without disturbing to the existig fitments complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of cylindrical panel locks of suitable size or as per sample including drilling, cutting and welding etc in panel sheets without disturbing to other existing fitments including taking down old one complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of old broken Cold rolled mild steel Hinges of existing LT Panel/Feeder Pillar/bus Bar Box etc of suitable size or as per sample including welding and painting to match with existing colour of Panel sheet etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete cleaning of the internal & external parts of LT panel, checking & testing of all the components of the panel for cable insulation, lugs, connections and the like, replacement of & including provision of minor parts like lugs, insulation tape, nuts bolts, connectors and the like as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, replacement and / or welding of existing damaged hinges of the panel, preparation of old painted surfaces (internal & external) of the panel, complete removal of existing paint using emry paper grade 220, by sanding and scrubbing, application of corrosion resistant primer by sprayers, applying hammer finish metal paint using sprayers in two coats and till shining surfaces are obtained, application of two coats of epoxy black paint on panel frames, complete all as specified and directed . Note - (i) Rates included for provision of sufficient technicians for getting electric shut down and to attend the shutdown on site till completion. Replacement of major items like MCCBs etc. shall be measured & Paid for separately (ii)Approximate average size of panel=1.50mx0.75mx0.45m

Complete servicing of switchgear including checking the fixed / moving contacts of all 3 phases adjusting electrical/ electronic/mechanical components including control wiring etc all as per mfg instruction manual and standard practice including testing the ACB by injecting the fault current. The fault level setting of these ACBs shall be stepwise with its other ACBs connected in perallel so that individual swithgear will activate and trip to arrest the fault of individual circuit and fault will not travel to main Switchgear. This Job must be carried out through OEM or authorised personnel. The panel shall be provided for Cable entry upto size of 300 Sqmm cable from bottom side for 04 Nos of Cable including 2 Nos of Earthing Terminals one on each side of the Panel with GI earth strip.including taking down of existing panel complete all as specified and directed. M & L for preparation of existing surface of ACB Panel of sub stn building and Supporting angle iron of ACB panel approx size 1.m x 0.8m x 1.3m (LxWxH) by srapping down, peeled off old paint, cleaning etc and applying two coat of existing siemens gray paint to Panel Sheet including cleaning of Panels from inside by blowing of compressed air etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement including testing and commissioning LT Feeder Panel weather proof outdoor type double door, fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet with epoxy powder coating of RAL-7035 (Siemens Gray) shade with matt finish with seven tank pre treatment process. The panel shall be fabricated by CPRI approved manufacturer only. The panel shall be compartmentized design totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof, conforming to degree of protection IP-55, front side double door type with locking arrangement for front side and nut bolt fitting for back side, comprising of gaskets between all adjacent units and beneath all covers shall be fully gasketed with neoprene rubber and ventilation arrangement for heat dissipation from both side of panel. The panel shall be provided with aluminium bus bars, electrolytic grade of 400 Amp current rating. The busbars and Interconnecting links shall be insulated with heat shrinkable PVC sleeve with RYB & Black colour coding. The bus bars shall be supported on unbreakable, non-hygroscopic SMC insulated supports at sufficiently close intervals to prevent busbars sag and shall be housed in dedicated compartment. The panel shall be prewired with FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor cables of suitable size properly tagged and secured. All joints and connection shall be done with galvanized or cadmium plated high tensile nuts, bolts and washers including Lugs etc. The panel shall be provided with digital multifunction meter 4410 Series, Accuracy Class 1 with RS 485 Parameters with cast Resign CTs and RYB LED indicating lamps at incoming. The panel shall be provided with manufacturer's name plate, skull & bones danger notice board etc. The panel shall be provided 4 Nos 50x50x5mm thick angle iron supports of not less than each 1.0 mtr height duly painted with anti corrosive black paint and grouted in PCC 1:3:6 at suitable depth as per site requirement . All MCCBs shall be provided with spreader links with phase separators on both side complete all as specified and as directed. The overall size of the panel shall not less than 1800mmX300mmX1000mm (LxDxH). The panel shall be provided for Cable entry from bottom side for each Cable including 2 Nos of Earthing Terminals one on each side of the Panel with GI earth strip and including following accessories:- Note : Before manufacturing drawing and design of panel including size & length of busbar shall be approved by Engr-in-charge. (a) MCCB 4 Pole, 415 Volts, 250 Amp, 25 KA Breaking capacity with adjustable Thermal and adjustable Magnetic overload protection with Ics = 100% of Icu including suitable size of spreader links on both side. (Incoming) - 01 No. (b) MCCB 4 Pole, 415 Volts, 160 Amp, 25 KA Breaking capacity with adjustable Thermal and adjustable Magnetic overload protection with Ics = 100% of Icu including suitable size of spreader links on both side.
