REPAIR TO SEWAGE LINE, SOAK WELL AND SEPTIC TANKS IN OTM AND MD ACCN UNDER B/R-IV OF GE (AWC) MHOW

Maintenance/cleanning of sewage system SGSW/PVC/RCC/HPDE pipe including Nahani / floor traps, Soil/waste pipe running on external wall of building and in trenches with fittings like bends, junctions, etc. gully traps, manholes of all description and sewage lines of all sizes(75 ,100,150,200,300 mm in all sections)vertical stacks and ground laid trenches upto soak well of sewage system including dewatering of soak wells complete in perfect running/flowing order without destruction by removing all blockage in the system including de-watering from soakage well by pumping out as directed as and when required including PCC/Brick drain in running condition by removing all surplus spoil in Md/OTM Accommadation under AoR of AGE B/R-IV areas, complete all as specified and directed.

Notes for item No. 1:- (i) Contractor shall deploy minimum 03 safaiwalas solely for the maintenance of sewage system against this item. These safaiwalas shall not be deployed for any works other than the scope catered for in this item and will report to the respective complaint cell and will be issued daily complaint slips by the JE i/c. For the work catered against other items of this Schedule, the contractor shall deploy separate safaiwala in addition to the safaiwala deployed against this item. (ii) The shift time will be decided by JE/Engr-in-Charge and can be changed at any time as per requirment. However the timings for the day shift of 8 hours shall be from 0830 Hrs to 1730 Hrs with a lunch break from 1300 hrs to 1400 hrs with weekly holiday on sunday. (iii) The rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of the cost of T&P for maint/cleaning work. (iv) Penal recovery for absence of workers/ technical supervisor on any day lesser than the specified minimum strength shall be as under:- (a) Safaiwala - Rs.800.00 Per day per person (v) Solid waste / sludge / silt deposited in the manholes which can not be removed by rodding, shall be ordered under respective item of this schedule and paid accordingly.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide & n.exc 1.5m depth for foundaton etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc n.exc 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard and dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per ser item No. 2 above here-in-before but exc 1.5m and n.exc 3.00m in depth

Cleaning of septic tanks completely by emptying the liquid /semi solid foul contents, any depth mechanically as specified completely, cleaning the inlets /outlets etc incl disposal of soil/sludge ourside MD land burrying the same (semi solid/ liquid shall not be burried) in ground complete all as directed. (Note: The location at out side MOD land for disposal of foreign material obtained above shall be located by the contractor himself).complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The quantity actual measured at site shall be deducted 20% for bulkage of sludge.

Demolition of existing cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping of manholes complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre-cast Cement Concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slabs for manholes etc., set in cement mortor (1:4) including mouldings complete all as specified and directed. Note: Reinforcement will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for Mild Steel TMT bars, 10mm dia & over , cut ot length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with wire complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

S & F glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450mmx300mmx 8 to 9mm thick on vertical surface such as skirting, dados, risers to steps etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including 10mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Tiles shall be confirming to IS-15622-2017, Group B III with average water absorption between 10% to 15% length, width and strightness of sides +0.20% (Max deviation) Thickness + 4.0% (Max deviation) straightness of sides and rectangularity +0.15% (Max deviation) surface flatness +0.22% (max deviation). Breaking strength 500 N (Minimum) and minimum 95% tiles shall be free from visible defects. Note :- Shade of the tiles including colour, design and pattern shall be approved by Engr-in- Charge.

M & L Non skid light colour ceramic tiles of any design and pattern 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6. finished fair and even for laying floor finishes/tiles etc complete all as specified and directed. Tiles shall be conforming to IS-15622-2006, Group B II with average water absorption between 3% to 6% length, width and strightness of sides +0.10% (Max deviation). thickness + 5.0% (Max deviation). Centre & edge curvature and warpage +0.50% (Max deviation). breaking strength 1000N (Minimum) and minimum 95% tiles shall be free from visible defects. Note :- Shade of the tiles including colour, design and pattern shall be approved by Engr-in- Charge.

Demolition of brick or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including coping etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 using old size bricks complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing cement plaster in cement mortar on brick/stone masonry walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick on brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick with all kind of soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing excavated surplus soil n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipe (SGSW /reinforced/CI /PVC etc)) of 150 mm nominal bore laid in trenches, set & jointed in cement morter, complete all as specified and directed

S&F in 150mm dia HDPE DWC pipe laid in tranches Class SN 8 structured wall polyethylene piping system (pipe with online /offline coupler and elastomeric sealing ring) with non- smooth External annular corrugated and smooth internal surfaces (double wall) for non- Pressure under ground sewerage application as confirmed to IS16098 (Part-2):2013 complete all as specified and directed. Note : 1.color- Outer Black/ inner Orange 2. The pipes will be confirming to the IS 16098(Part-2):2013 and shall be marked with BIS details & the work shall be carried out in actual existing living conditions.

S&F in 200mm dia HDPE DWC pipe laid in tranches Class SN 8 structured wall polyethylene piping system (pipe with online /offline coupler and elastomeric sealing ring) with non- smooth External annular corrugated and smooth internal surfaces (double wall) for non- Pressure under ground sewerage application as confirmed to IS16098 (Part-2):2013 complete all as specified and directed. Note : 1.color- Outer Black/ inner Orange 2. The pipes will be confirming to the IS 16098(Part-2):2013 and shall be marked with BIS. details & the work shall be carried out in actual existing living conditions.

M&L for 150mm dia bore reinforced concrete pipes class NP-2 laid and jointed complete with collars laid in trenches and jointed including demolition of existing pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 200mm dia bore reinforced concrete pipes class NP-2 laid and jointed complete with collars laid in trenches and jointed including demolition of existing pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type D2 using 40 mm graded stonestone aggregate for concrete bed to 150mm dia pipe incl packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type D2 using 40 mm graded stonestone aggregate for concrete bed to 200mm dia pipe incl packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested.

M&L 50 mm thick Sand cushion under floors or in foundations including consolidated with plate vibrator before and after laying of paver block including watering , ramming etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 60 mm thick precast cement concrete (M-35) factory made, machine pressed interlocking paver blocks, with grey cement and pigment any shape and size as approved by GE, laid over sand cushion complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for spike rolling to surfaces or making impression of expanded metal, whilst the concrete is green complete.

M&L 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) finished even and smooth with using extra cement for road cutting/path complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection and similar works including finishing the surface of concrete topping even & fair, without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L in repairs, salt glazed stone ware gully traps, square or round mouthed, type 'P' size 150x150mm in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

S & F PVC( SWR ) pipes 75mm dia single socketed , in any length with rubber ring joints as rainwater, soil waste and vent pipe (with all fittings) fixed to wall or laid in trenches including taking down complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) junction single (single T) equal or unequal with access door of bore 110mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber rings joints laid in trenches or in floors/ wall of the following bore inculding cutting out wall /concrete and finishing of surface to match existing surface .

Cutting/filling into existing manholes for connecting new sewage line 150/200 mm bore (internal dia of pipe ) incl making good to disturbed benching and haunching, plaster etc and forming new branch channel ( ½ round of ¾ section) if required in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 and smooth finished , reforming benching as required and as directed for internal dia for the following pipe. (Each Man hole shall be measured under this item )

S & F in repairs, vitreous china Squatting pan Orissa pattern of size 580mx440mm with integral foot rests (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) complete including concrete bedding complete, all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs wash down water closet (pedestal pattern) complete white with plastic water closet seat black closed pattern with flat bottom and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device and flush pipe of polythelene of low or density or PVC 32mm dia for low level flushing cistern complete

S & F in repair vitreous china bowl urinal flat back size of 465 x 355 x 265mm white (minimum) with grating and union for discharge pipe (excluding flushing cistern & flush pipe) but including waste pipe, complete including providing & fixing plugs, bedding urinal against wall in cement mortar 1:2, securing urinal to plugs with screws, pointing around urinal back cement including pvc water spreader in complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair vitreous china wash basin, white, flat back size 550 x 400mm , 01 No. chramium plated piller tap, 01 Nos 32mm waste coupling and pipe, one pair of MS bracket, cutting for and pinning in ends of brackets or erecting stand complete, all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair PVC valveless syphonic action type low level flushing cistern 10 Ltr capacity with inlet, ball valve, float and handle incl brackets and flush pipe of polyethylene of low or high density or PVC. 32 mm dia all as specified and directed

Cleaning/clearing of under ground sewage lines any depth by removing any type of blockage from sewage line upto and including 200mm bore/ dia by hydraulic jet pressure water pipe, of sewage cleaning system with compressure and sewage sludge pumps complete mounted on truck/vechicle , from manholes to manholes including plugging of manholes temporarily as and when required and flushing with water after cleaning including intermediate manholes. Sludge/sludge water in form of semi solid/loose state will be disposed off either by carrying the same in covered van or trolley at out side MOD land and burrying the same (semi solid/ liquid shall not be burried) including taking off manhole covers and refixing the same after cleaning. Note :-The operation shall be executed/carried out with any kind of sewage cleaning system mounted on truck/vehical such as sewage cleaning Mechanical Pump / compressure/ water tank etc complete by using by Municipality and cost of same shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the contractor.)
