Execution of Civil works for strengthening of Existing School infrastructure of GSSS at Doli under approved RMSA

Excavation in foundations, trenches etc. in all kinds of earth work such as spade work, pick work, jumper work blasting work in soft and hard rock including chiselling / wedging out of rock where blasting is prohibated and their intermediate classification of soil including dewatering whereever required upto all leads and lifts and stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 metres clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm. layer when required into plinths, sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth to the dumping site through all mode of transportation including head load, animal load or mechanical means alongwith its leveling at dumping site and complete the work by mechanised means and labour ( If any required) further any loss of the public and private property during the course of execution shall be the absolutely responsibility of the contractor which shall have to duly compensated by him in all respect including carriage of material in all leads and liftrs.

Filling in plinth with sand under floors including watering ramming consolidating and dressing complete within all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm(three point one five millimetre) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm ,so as to give a fair finish including centring ,shuttering ,strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies , height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling up to all heights and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in:Foundation footing and basis of columns, etc. and mass concrete including carriage of material in all leads and liftrs.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like :- Floor etc. upto 200mm in thickness

Columns, pillars, posts and struts :- Square rectangular or polygonal in plan

Beams, cantilever, girders and lintels :- Sides and soffits of beams, beam haunching cantilevers, brssumers and lintels not exceeding 1 metre in depth in all heights from floor including carriage of material in all leads and liftrs.

Edges of slabs and break in floors and walls :- Under 20cm wide :-

Stair cases with sloping or stepped soffits excluding landing :-

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of centring and shuttering including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts :- Foundations and plinth

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement is to four sand is to Eight graded stone aggregate 40mm (forty milimetre) nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in Foundation and plinth: within all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:1½.:3 (1 cement : 1½. sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) mechanically mixed and vibrated for compacting concrete and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforce cement concrete including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts. (a) Foundation, footing, bases of columns and the like and mass concrete.

Suspended floors, roofs, landing and shelves and their support, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilever.up all floor level.

Stair cases (except spiral stair case) excluding landing but including preparing of the surface and finishing of nosing up to all floor level :-

Providing Tor steel reinforcement including cost of binding wire for R.C.C. work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto all floor level heights, within all lead and lift as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Second class brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand)as per PWD specification 1990 including carriage of material in all leads and lifts :-

P/F 12 mm thick prelaminated board both side bwp phenal bonded exteiro/interior grade panalled shutters with frame of first class deodar wood for doors including bright finished/black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws 40 mm (forty milimeter) thick frame. within all lead and lift as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 19mm thick commercial board water proof shutters for cup boards including fixing with nicked plated pains hinges with sc rews etc. complete as per HP.PWD. Specificjation 1990 volume-I including carraige of all labour equipments and materials to various location through all leads, lifts and other incidental charges complete as per entyire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge .

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium sliding door bolt anodized colour and shade with bolts and nuts screws etc. complete 300x16mm including carriage of materials within allleads and lifts.

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts (berrel type) anodized trans parent or dyed to required shade and colour with screws etc. complete 250x10mm, within all lead and lift as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing glass strips 40 mm wide and 4 mm (Forty milimeters wide and four milimeters ) thick in joints of any type of floors as per HP.PWD. Specification 1990 volume-I including carraige of all abour equipment and materials to various location through all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cement plaster skirting up to all height with cement mortar 1:3 ( One cement : three sand) finished with a flosting coat of neat cement including rounding of junctions with floor 15 mm. (Fifteen centimeter ) thick.within all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing on wall face high pressure PVC spigot and socket, rain water pipe 110 mm(One hundred ten millimeteres) dia ISI marked including filling with approved adhasive etc. complete as per drawing and HP.PWD. Specifications 1990 volume, including carraige of all abour equipment and materials to various location through all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing on walls faces PVC accessories i.e. PVC PLAIN BEND 110 MM (One hundtred ten millimeteres) for rain water pips including filling the joints with approved adhestive complete as per drawing and hp.pwd. Specification 1990 Volume-I ,including carraige of all abour equipment and materials to various location through all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. Holder bat clamps of approved design to C.I. Or S.C.I. Pipes embedded in and including cement concrete blocks 10x10x10cms of 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and cost of cutting holes and making good the wall etc. 100 mm diameter for C.I. Pipe as per drawing and hp.pwd. Specification 1990 Volume-I ,including carraige of all abour equipment and materials to various location through all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing angle iron door,window,clerestory window frame manufactured from M.S.Angle iron section of 40X40X6 mm ,thickness including hinges jamb,lock jamb,beed and if required angle thrashold ofmild steel angle 50X25 mm welded or rigidly fixed by mechanical means,lugs with split end tails to each jamb including steel butt hinges 2.5 mm thick with provision for locking arrangement and shock observer as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after preteatment of the surface as directed by Engineer-in- Charge, within all lead and lift as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing steel galzed doors, windows and ventilators of standerd rolled steel sanctions, joints mitred with 16x3.15 mm lugs 10 cm long embedded in cement conctrete blocks 15 cm x 10 cm 10 cm size of 1:3:6(One cement:Three sand:Six graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) or with wooden plugs and secrews or rawl plug and screws or with fixing clips or with bolts and nuts as required and iron fittings, including providing and fixing of glass panes with galazing clips and special metal sesh putty of approved make complete including applying a priming coat of red lead paint. Providing and fixing angle iron cupboard frames manufactured from M.S. angle iron section 25 mm X 25 mm X 5 mm thickness including hinges, jamb, lock jamb, beed and if required angle thrashold of mild steel angle 25 X 5 mm welded or rigidely fixed by mechanical means, lugs with split end tails to each jamb including steel butt hinges 2.5 mm thick with provision for locking arrangement and shock absorber as specified and applying a copat of approved steel primer after pretreatment of the surface as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including carrage of material in all leads and lifts :-

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts :-In gratings, framed, guards, bars ladders and railing, brackets and similar works :-

Providing and fixing moulded hand rail of mild steel bellow pipe 50 mm (Fifty milimeter welded in straght length even mild steel flat at top of vertical balusters of railing shall be measured and paid for separately as per HP.PWD. Specification 1990 volume-I , including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat)on new steel and other metal surface under coat with ready mixed paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface all dirt, dust and other foreign matter With enamal paint other then white including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter sand papering and knotting including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts : Ready mixed paint brushing wood primer pink :-

Painting two coats(excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surface with enamel paint to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of dirt,dust and other foreign matter,sand papering & stoping including carriage of all labour equipment and material to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads lifts and all incidental charges with enamel paint other than white.

15mm Cement plaster in single coat on the rough side of brick/ concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto all floor two level including arrises,internal rounded angles,chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth. Cement Mortar 1:6 (1Cement:6 Sand). within all lead and lift as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

15mm cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete/stone wells for interior plastering up to all floor level including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finshed even and smooth. Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement:6 sand)., within all lead and lift as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

White washing with lime on undecorated surfaces of ceiling and sloping roofs, two coats to give an even shade including thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust mortar dust and other foreign matter as per HPPWD specification 1990 volume-I including carriage of materials within allleads and lifts.

Distempering (Two coats) with oil bound Nerolac or its equivelent washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on un decorated wall surfaces to give an even shade ever and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brant and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth, Priming coat with distemper primer as per HPPWD. specification 1990 volume-I including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of require shade on decorated wall surfaces, (One coat) to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt loose or softned paint as per per HPPWD specification 1990 volume-I including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts

Providing plinth protection 50mm thick in cement concrete 1:3:6 (one Cement is to three Sand is to six Graded stone aggregated 20mm (twenty milimetre) nominal size), within all lead and lift as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing under layer for plinth protection of 75mm (seventy five milimetre) thick (unconsolidated) bed dry brick/stone aggregated 40mm (forty milimetre) nominal size with rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including preparation o ground. , within all lead and lift as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
