Taking out Unsv U/G cable PVC insulated armoured PVC sheathed Al. Conductor, LT type of 10 sqmm to 25 sqmm any size complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out Unsv U/G cable PVC insulated armoured PVC sheathed Al. Conductor, LT type of 35 sqmm to 50 sqmm any size complete all as specified and directed ,

Taking out Unsv U/G cable PVC insulated armoured PVC sheathed Al. Conductor, LT type of 70 sqmm to 120 sqmm any size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, testing & commissioning LT XLPE insulated armoured (heavy duty) electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade (ISI marked) & laid in trenches/pipes or fixed on pole complete specified & directed by Engg in charge of the following sizes:-

Material and Labour for cleaning of dust particles from inside the LT Panel by air blowers, tightening of loose connections, filling of gaps with sealants, removing of vegetation, surface dressing surrounding the panel, welding of damaged panel doors, fixing of hinges, providing locking arrangements, applying one coat of primer, painting of panel with two coats synthetic enamel paint of existing colour complete including providing lock complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for renewal of Earthing complete with galvanised mild steel plate electrode 600x600x6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with the top edge of the earth plate electrode at a depth not less than 1.5m below normal ground level and including GI earth strip 32x6 mm bolted (with GI nuts, bolts & check nuts) and riveted to earth plate electrode at one end connected to metallic bodies of HT/LT equipment etc at the other and earth strip encased in and including 40mm bore GI light grade pipe with all fittings from top of earth plate electrode to body of equipment fixed with and including 25x6 mm flat iron clamps bolts, nuts and washers and including providing watering pipe 20mm bore GI Pipe electrode complete all as specified and shown in elctrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I. the scope of work includes necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil. removal of soil upto 50 metre PCC pit with precast RCC cover, charcoal/salt funnel, CI frame etc complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:(I) The concrete pit shall be made in PCC 1:2:4 type B-O, using 12.50 mm graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm thick precast cover slab of RCC(1:2:4), type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate with suitable MS handle in lieu of CI cover. S & F street light GI bracket of 1.2 mtr long made out of 32 mm dia light grade GI pipe bend to shape of 120 degree end welded at required including 02 Nos MS clamp of FL 25 x 4mm including nuts bolts & washers with fixing of LED street light complete necessary fixing arrangements on pole complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement 4 sqmm solid conductor 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed twin core cable flat or circular from junction box to fitting complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, test and commissioning factory made THERMOPLASTIC/HDPE CABLE JUNCTION BOXES IP 66/67 “weather proof”, with terminals for outdoor installation (with knockouts for cable entry) of size 280 x 170 x 105 mm depth with cable entry size of 10-25 sqmm with 4 No. busbar of capacity 63 Amp and MCB SP 6 Amp-1 No.of make sintex each, with flat iron clamps of size 25 x 4 mm, nuts and bolts complete including taking down complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for LT, 20x15cm size complete all as specified and directed.

Trimming/prunning and removing of tree branches or any other forein objects from street light illumination of any type and size for one span of any length in 2 way /4 way/6 way conductor system complete all as specified and directed. Notes: (i) The contractor is responsible for provision of Necessary T & P and safety equipments to complete the job.

Supplying, errecting and fixing steel tubular swaged poles with Mild iron base plate of size 300mm x 300mm x 6mm, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws for type 410 SP-31 (9.0 metres long) including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of redoxide primer on all exposed surfaces and tarring with black bituminous paints to embedded portion in PCC and providing 3 Nos of 30cm wide circular bands with black & yellow paint starting from plinth level at a gap of 30 cm in between 2 bands and numbering of poles, in yellow paint over black painted back ground at a height of 2m from bottom of pole with 5 cm large bold letters 2" (inch) wide including taking down old unserviceable PCC poles of any type all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation, earth work, PCC in foundation and coping shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule.

(i) Compact modular bolted design, removable side and back panels with option of top and bottom cable entry (ii) Capacitor installed in removable assemblies for ease of operation and maintenance (iii) Incoming of APFC panel of MCCB TPN 125 Amps, 16 KA breaking capacity with high electrolytic grade Aluminium bus bar of suitable rating (iv) 40 KVAR ((1 KVAr-1 Nos,2 KVAr-1 Nos, 5 KVAr-01 No, 10 KVAr-03 Nos) MCB TP of 16 KA of 1.5 time of rating current of each capacitor suitable for each control . (v) High performance microprocessor based 3 phase APFC relay 4 stage with Auto/Manual Option. (vi) In built 3 phase power analyzer , Amp meter, volt meter and PF meter (each have 1 No)
