Taking down cement plaster on brick, stone or conc surfaces including racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.(Note: The cost includes any thickness found during execution increased due overleaping of No of layers of plaster, tiles, mosiac finish with out any cost to govt exchequer), complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down aluminium partitions with Prelaminated particle board of any description with aluminium/ iron mongry stoppers, cleats etc, complete all as specified and directed .

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n. exc 15 cm thickness (below of above GL) and removing out side MD land on contractors own arrangement, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Demolition includes any no of layers including overleaped tiles , stone etc during execution and no extra cost shall be borne by govt exchequer.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulders masonry built in cement or cement lime mortar incl all quions, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantling ,in fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlin, etc under 40 sq.cm in section, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) of size n. exc 1.5 Sqm each, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The rate inlcudes making good of surfaces w/o any extra cost to govt.

All as per item No 9 here-in-before but exc 1.5 Sqm but n.exc 4 sqm each.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 sqm but n exc 2 sqm each, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old ceiling board of any description and re fixing the same opening after adjusting and repair of existing hanger wire and ceiling grid, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Contracctor shall preserve all dismantled ceiling board and grid in order to refix the same, any damage shall be borne by contractor.

M&L for stone walling of random rubble masonry, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and soilidly hearted, built in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub class "B" bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for Non Skid ceramic tiles (size of each tile exc 0.06sqm and n exc 0.11 sqm) 7mm thick laid and jointed with cement slurry (in portions) and pointed with coloured cement to match in floor colour as approved by GE, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galzed ceramic coloured tiles on vertical surfaces 300x600x7mm / 300x450x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry (in portions) and pointed with white or colored cement to match, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 16-18 mm thick machine cut kota stone slab (area of each slab exc 0.25 Sqm and n. exc 0.36 Sqm except space constraint) in flooring laid and jointed with gry cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab incl rubbing and mirror polishing complete incl roughing the surface, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Cost shall be borne by Govt exchequer in respect of colour, pattern etc.

Cutting to existing kota stone flooring including Grinding With Granite Grinding Stones (Carborandom Stone ) Incl minor repairs and polishing to mirror finish, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Granite stone (16 to 18 mm ) thick of any type work table rubbed and polised in steps, jambs, pillars, window cill, cooking plateforms and like in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing cement mortar 1:2 using marble dust with admixure of pigments to match with shade of granite including demolition of old granite, complete all as sepcified and directed.

Providing edge moulding to any thickness of Marble/Granite stone of any descriptions including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of 4mm thick designer ceiling board (Make " Everest" Hill & Lake Pattern) in ceiling fixed with screw as per manufacturers instructions , laid on hot dipped galvanised iron in post grid with 24mm wide T section exposed flanges which shall be powder coated white. The frame work shall comprise of main runner made from 0.33 mm thick galvanised steel sheet & of size 24 x 32 x 300 mm spaced at 12 mm centres securely fixed to the structural soffits by approved hangers at 1200mm maximum centres.
