Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and complete removal of debris complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Plain cement concrete type E2,1:5:10 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Plain cement concrete type C2,1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Plain cement concrete type B1,1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, benching including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC 75mm thick type C2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate) in plinth protection /path /Hardstanding finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC 75mm thick type D2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Precast reinforced cement concrete type B1,1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in lintels, copings, landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.), chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces set in CM 1:6 including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, hooking end and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars,etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6 mtr mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Srl item No 12 above but except bricks complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Cement Plaster of any description on Brick Walls, Concrete Surfaces including Racking out Joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with Water, etc. complete removal of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in CM 1:4 surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors/ walls laid bedded and pointed in any mortar etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Granite (of any type) 15 mm thick (tabled rubbed and polished) as in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in colour cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 15mm thick screedbed in cm1:6 edges of slab to be rounded from all sides (including cutting, wastage and polishing) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Coloured chequered tiles of size 30cmx30cmx 25mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey pigment cement & pigment etc and Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20mm thick (1:4) for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floors hearth or wall tilling including cement mortor bedding (but not backing) removing unserviceable materials outside MOD area and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Glazed ceramic coloured tiles 450x300x7mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to step etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the tiles including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in Repair Precast cement concrete louvres and jallies, 45mm thick (measured solid) Type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate), including all mouldings set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of wire mesh chain link fencing any type complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Chain link fencing of 3mm dia GI wires, weight of mesh 2.5 Kg to 3.0 Kg per Sqm including, rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (Steel or RCC) any section including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, posts embedded in Concret complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in Repairs Galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed wire with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Restraining and resecuring including making good staples etc of galvanized 2 strand steel barbed wire fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tyting and crossing with the provision of galvanized MS wire staples or steel pins etc (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in Repair Concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600mm dia, stretched to 6 metre length, having 50 Nos Spiral turns per 6 metre length, spring core wire (2.59mm thick) of high tensile strength of 1620 N/Sqmm with tape (0.52mm thick) Hot dip galvanised upto 20 microns, weight of each coil 8.50 to 9.0 Kg and fixing the same on existing Y - shaped angle iron with 6 horizontal RBT (Reinforced Barbed Tape) wire, stud tied with GI staple and GI clips to retain horizontal, clips shall be @ 5 Nos per 2 spiral turns approximate 125 clips per coil including necessary bolts complete all as specified and as directed.

Welding in Repairs exc 25mm but n exc 50mm in length and thickness of metal to be welded n.exc 6mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Preparation of New Plastered Surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer on surfaces of walls complete all as specified and as directed..

M&L Preparation of New Steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Preparation of New Steel surfaces of any description, n. exc 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Preparation of New Plastered surface and applying two coat of premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with Silicon additive and Colour stay Technology, Excellent Dirt Pick up resistance with low VOC less than 50 gram/ litre, Anti Algal properties in two coats @ 1.79 ltr (undiluted)/10 sqm diluted with water as per manufacturer instructions applied over one coat of acrylic water based exterior grade primer @ 0.9ltr (undiluted)/10 sq mtrs diluted with water in 1:1 ratio and 1mm thick exterior grade wall putty as per manufacture's instruction and all coats incl primer to be applied with fully automatic airlessspray machine of paint application with a flow speed of minimum 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in subsequent coats of paint complete all as specified and directed. (Including all necessary scaffolding lifiting arrangement up to 12 mtr height).
