CIVIL WORK Dismantling and removing 2.5 cmthick grading concrete from roofslab cleaning the surface loweringand removing the debris within 50m

Removing old lime or cementplaster from walls including rakingout joints 12 mm deep andremoving the debris within 50mlead

Dismantling and removing doors, windows and ventilators including removal of frame, hinges, fastening and stacking the for reuse and removing the debris within 50m lead

Dismantling G.C.I. or A.C. sheet roofing after carefully removing the bolts and nuts including stacking of he materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m lead

Dismantling brickwork, stone nasonry in Cement mortar above 3meter height including stacking the useful material for reuse and removing the debris within 50 meter lead.

Dismentaling & removing R.C.C columns beams, slab, staircase, landing, lintels, including stacking the useful materials for the reuse and removing the debries within 50 m lead.

Earth Work in exavation of foundation in hard soil within initial leads of 50m & lifts of 1.5m including dressing and levelling of bed etc. and adding contractor's profit and over head charges, etc. complete in all respect.

Supplying, & filling in foundation and plinth with good quality river sand including watering, ramming with cost, conveyance, royalties, , of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P, sundries required for the work etc., complete (Measurement will be taken on finished compacted section) as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 4cm size black broken granite stone aggregates of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm(6") thick to the required level ramming, watering, curing etc. complete including cost and conveyance royality taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete i as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work with Flyash Bricks 25cm x 12cm x 8cm size having crushing strength not less than 75Kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance ±2 percent in cement mortar (1:6) in Foundation and Plinth including watering curing, cost of carriage, royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, etc complete as per the direction of E.I.C.
