Earth work in excavation by manual means over areas excluding 30 cm & up to 5m in depth 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan disposal of excavated earth up to 1m disposal of earth to be levelled & neatly dressed (all kinds of soil.).

P/L of Stone Solling duly hand packed including watering dressing and ramming with all carriages loading unloading and stacking etc complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing butexcluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with:: 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone crushed agg. 40mm nominal size). Incl all carriages of material involved.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. Allworks upto plinth level (1:1.5:3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).Incl all carriages of material involved.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with:l. 1:3:6 crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size.Incl all carriages of material involved.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, Suspended floors, roofs having slop upto 15°, landing, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels bands, plain window sill, stair case and spiral stair case up to floor five level excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement in (1:1.5:3) (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) incl. all carriages of material involved.

Brick work with F.P.S bricks of class designation 75 in foundation & Plinth in cement mortar in 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).incl all complete

Centering and Shuttering, including strutting, propping and removal of form work kitply including head load & carriage:a) block over all shuttering

b) Lintel Truss beams

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position imported KD wood including coat of primer and black japan paint complete job including 40x5mm M.S flat iron hold fast 40cm long inc. fixing to frames with 10mm bolts, nuts and wooden plugs embedded in cement conc. Block 30x10x15 cm in 1:3:6 mix (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregates 20mm nominal size).
