Construction of soak well 100 user including necessary excavation & earth work in any type of soil with sub class 'B' bricks and RCC cover etc complete all as specified, directed and shown in drawing No AF/TD/STRU/SZ/236 Sheet 1/2 & 2/2)

Demolition of Cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including reinforcement cut to facilitate demolition including removing demolished material from work site completed all as specified and directed.

Demolition brickwork or stone boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles including removing of demolished material from work site complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m. deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2, (using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Brickwork with old size bricks, having crushing strength 75Kg/sqcm, locally avaliable, straight or curved on plan exc 6 M mean radius built in cement and sand mortar 1:4 completed all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in benching for manholes etc. including necessary form work completed all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement and sand mortar 1:6 using water proofing compound @ 200 ml per bag of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions (WPC measured and paid separately) and top surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including racking out joints, hacking or key scrubbing down with water. any description etc including removing of rubbished material from work site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 5 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or corcrete surfaces in cement and sand mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixed 160 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed ISI marked IS-13592, type 'B' in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixed 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed ISI marked IS-13592, type 'B' in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in bed to 160 mm bore drain pipes including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all in as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in bed to 110 mm bore drain pipes including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in completed all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Mild steel deformed or twisted bars ( TMT) 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, hooking ends and binding with including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia or higher complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping with and including form work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound ( liquid) conforming to IS : 2645-2005 complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well raming in layers not exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings. heads, shoes, bends swan-necks, etc, including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store measured overall as fixed along the centre line with fitting and accessories complete all as specified and directed.
