Ancillary Civil Works

To Plan, Design, Construct and finish the following as per specifications as per detail given in Annexures.

Construction of Boundary wall, at 11 No ESR sites (30x30M) & IPS Seeswali

Construction of CC approach road, as per specification

Campus development at IPS Seeswali head works including general grading of the campus, electrification, water supply, sanitation arrangement etc.

Installation of MS Gates at Head Works & ESR sites : 1 at Each ESR site

Other items & accessories not specified above but required to complete the work on turn key basis

11/0.44 KV POWER SYSTEM

Provision for supply/ installatio of compact sub station unit with 1w+1s transformers of various range at proposed Pumping Stations:

At IPS-Seeswali-160 KVA

Supplying of following size of XLPE insulated and PVC outer sheathed aluminium conductor armoured UG cable of 1.1 KV grade confirming to IS:7098 (Part-I) 1988 with upto date amendments complete as required. 3.5 x 185 Sq.mm

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe FRLSom earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Augmentation of existing GSS at intake/WTP/IPS Ghodigaon.

Provision for Megha Highway Crossing by trenchless technology including cost deposited to conceren department

PLC-SCADA SYSTEM

Providing, installation, testing, trial run and commissioning of the additional PLC/ SCADA System under present work , as per the scope of work & specifications given, to the complete satisfaction of Engineer in Charge:

Providing additioanl furniture and other required accessories at Master Control Centre at WTP Head Works as per scope of work,

PRICE BREAK UP SCHEDULE: B

For 10 Year O & M

Cost for Basic Service Charges, including all chemicals required, to treat water at WTP, Administration and Management, Running of Office, Staff Quarters, Work Shops, Garage, Comprehensive Operation, Maintenance and Repairs including Preventive Maintenance, Cost of Lubricants, Consumables, Spare Parts as per Scope of Work & terms & conditions of contract. After execution of the project and issuance of completion certificate as per relevant clause in Vol-1, Defect Liability Period shall be of 12 months. During Defect liability period O&M shall be done by contractor for which no payment shall be made separately. O&M period shall commence after expiry of 1 year defect liability period.
