MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS REQUIRED FOR B/R & E/M SERVICES (TO BE QUOTED BY CONTRACTOR)

Material and labour for drilling trial bore of 250mm dia upto 120 mtrs depth with reverse rotary circulation or direct circulation or combination of both by using power Rig for housing of 300mm nomial bore reduced to 150mm below ground leveling in any kind of soil strata including hard stone boulders etc complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- (i) In case the result of the bore hole/Strata are found un-satisfactory & the tube well is not likely to yield the specified quantity of water, the site shall be abandoned & the contractor shall be paid for boring part only. (ii) Removel of Mud/Slurry from the site shall be deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate. (iii) The rate quoted is deemed to be include for hire of charges of Rig, T&P, Machinery, fuel charges, labour, consumeables, transportation,drilling and operation duly painted including use and waste of all necessary all appliances and materials in all respects to all entire satisfaction of complete work all as specified and directed. (iv) Depending upon the availability of water bearing strata, if drilling beyond 120 mtr is required the same shall be carried out after obtaining written approval. (v) The rate for rig boring beyond 120 mtr depth will be considered as per quoted rate for this item.

Material and labour for Reaming upto 525mm from ground level including filling of pea gravel of size 3mm to 8mm in surrounding of casing pipe of 300mm dia and vacant space between bore hole and casing pipe complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Cost of casing pipe will be measured and paid under relevent items.

Material and labour for Reaming upto 525 mm after the depth executed under Item No. 11.02 upto the depth of 120RM including filling of pea gravel of size 3mm to 8mm in surrounding of casing pipe of 150mm dia and vacant space between bore hole and casing pipe complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- (i) Depending upon the availability of water bearing strata, if drilling beyond 120 mtr is required the same shall be carried out after obtaining written approval . (ii) The rate for reaming beyond 120 mtr depth will be considered as per quoted rate for this item. (iii) Cost of casing pipe will be measured and paid under relevent items.

Supply lowering and fixing/ jointing 150mm bore low carbon galvanised (LCG) strainer 3 mtr/ 6 mtr long min 6mm thickness each conforming to IS 8110:2000 including mild steel socket threaded/ by electric arc welding both sides all as specified and directed with aperture 0.75mm to 1mm as per requirement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of Bail Plug having 3.00 metre length and suitable for 150 mm bore, 7.00 mm thick casing pipes, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for electrologging testing of trial bore by authorised govt scientist/agency including submission of test report duly signed complete all as specified and directed.

Testing of raw and treated water from NABL accredited Lab / Govt Lab for testing of Physical, Chemical parameters, Heavy metal (Toxic) parameter, Microbiological test, Pesticide group, Parasitological analysis and Virological analysis as per IS 10500:2012 and submitting the test report complete as specified and directed. NOTE : Water testing of raw water to be done immediately after completion of drilling process of bore well.

Development of tube well with compressed air and after with 25% extra capacity pump by pumpping muddy water complete all as specified and directed.

Yield test for the borewell by continuisly pumping for 16 hours to determine safe pumping yield complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only strata sample box with glass cover 3mm thick having internal dimension 1000x600x100mm made out of 20mm thick wrought Ist class hard wood shisam with hinges, hasp and staple including polishing complete with samples at various depth evenly 2 mtr interval met in boring including strata chart in duplicate all as directed and specified.

S&F mild steel work as in joist channel, angles or tee sections plates fixed independently with or without connecting plates etc out to required length and shape including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red-oxide primer all as specified and as directed. (work for lifitng of submersible pump set).

S&F steel/GI rope flexible 10mm dia with GI clamps, nuts, bolts, washer etc for fixing of submersible pump set complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix chain pully block of capacity 3 ton and lifting height 6 mtr with extra length of 5mtr of chain complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Water pressure gauge 96mm dia dial type having range 0 to 10 Kg/Sqcm suitable fixed on delivery mains complete all as specified and as directed

(iii) Power in KW/HP of Submersible motor is tentive which shall be calculated according to Pump discharge and head and as recommended by OEM. The head and LPM of pump in any condition shall not be less than 750 LPM at 54 m head. (iv) Submersible pump shall have stainless steel / Brass impeller and sufficient stage to suit the above required head and discharge and pump shall be suitable for lower in bore well. (v) Pump and motor should be of same make. (vi) New submersible pumps have to be lowered in bore well and commissioned by the contractor.

Supply and connecting flat three core, PVC insulated industrial cable for submersible motor, 10 sqmm (Nominal area) with multi stranded copper conductor, 1100 volts grade connected from starter to submersible pump motor complete all as specified and directed.

(b) Operator interface. (c) Suitable to provide a record of most recent fault conditions & fault history. NOTE : Contractor shall submit the test certificate of sluice valve.

Supply and fixing sluice valve 150mm bore, ISI marked, confirming to IS 14878, with valid CML No, Batch No, Manufacture sl No, Class PN 1.0 with brass spindle, brass checknut, including fibre board gasket, bolts, nuts and washer for fixing the valve in position as specified and directed. NOTE : Contractor shall submit the test certificate of sluice valve.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning water treatment plant of 10000 Gallon capacity comprising of oxidation chamber, pressure filter cum iron removal plant, air compressor with back wash facility, Alum mixture, dosing pump, tank & agitator, soda ash dosing pump, tank and agitator, pre and post chlorination dosing pump, tank and agitator assy complete including supply, fixing connectingall piping work with heavy duty MS pipe of suitable size for filters and heavy duty CPVC pipe for alum , soda ash and pre & post chlorine dosing plant, with fittings of any shape and size as required at site and as recommended by OEM, inclnon-return valves, check valves,sluice valves (butterfly type), air release valves, Gun metal gate valves, all ISI marked of suitable size and including PCC work foundationfor installation of plants with followings specifications:- (i) Oxidation Chamber :Qty -01 Nos . Oxidation chamber shall be of closed type, vertical pressure vessel made up of MS as per IS 2062, with food grade rubber lining inside, cylindrical top & bottom dish ends, having shield thickness min 6 mm MS + 3 mm rubber lining inside. It shall have design flow rate 46 cum/ hrs, Design pressure -4 Kg /cm2, Max test pressure -6 Kg/ cm2 and having filled with MnO2 media. Item Continued as 11.36

(iv) Alum Doser: Qty - 02 Nos (1No working + 1No Standby): It shall have Mechanically actuated diaphragm metering pump having flow rate 3 to 30 LPH, Min Pressure rating – 3.5 Kg/cm2, Dosing motor, TEFC, of min 0.5HP, Single phase, 230V, AC, 50 Hz with chemical resistant FRP solution tank (having min thickness 5mm)- 01 No of 500 Ltr and agitator assy with motor capacity min 0.5 HP, 230V, AC, 50 Hz complete with mechanical arrangement and including dosing pipe, electrical wiring and starter for motors and other accessories as required complete all as specified and directed. (v) Soda Ash Doser: Qty :02 Nos (1No working + 1No Standby) : It shall having Mechanically actuated diaphragm metering pump having flow rate 3 to 30 LPH, Min Pressure rating – 3.5 Kg/cm2, Dosing motor, TEFC, 0.5HP, single phase, 230v, AC, 50 HZ with chemical resistant FRP dosing tank 01 No of 500 Ltr each and agitator assy with motor capacity min 0.5 HP, 230V, AC, 50 Hz.Complete with electrical connection, wiring, starter and piping work with other accessories as required complete all as specified and directed. (vi) Iron Removal Filter Plant :Qty -01 No : It shall be vertical type, cylindrical shape of MSEP having shell thickness of min 6 mm, dish end thickness min 8 mm, filled with filter media sand and Mno2in layer of min 600 mm each, Having min flow rate – 46m3/hr, Design pressure – 4Kg/cm2, Test pressure – 6 Kg/cm2including PCC foundation work with grouting bolts and arrangement (as specified by OEM) for erection of and installation of plant complete including all connected piping work by providing MS pipe class C heavy duty of suitable size as recommended by OEM. (vii) Post Chlorination Doser : Qty : 02 Nos (1No working + 1No Standby): It shall having Mechanical actuated diaphragm metering pump of flow rating 1-10LPH, Min Pressure rating 3.5 Kg/cm2, Dosing motor – TEFC, min cap 0.25 HP, Single phase AC, 230V, 50 Hz, chemical resistant FRP tank (5mm thick) of 200 ltrs -01 No, agitator assy having motor cap 0.25 HP, Single Phase, 230V, AC, 50 Hz complete with electrical connection, wiring, starter and necessary piping work with other accessories as required complete all as specified and directed by EIC. NOTE :- (i) Contractor shall take the approval of make of plant from GE before procurement and submit the General arrangement drawing of water treatment system, line plan of pipe lines with Loc of valves, NRV, air release valve and their arrangements and take approval of GE before procurement & starting the filtration plant work. (ii) The unit rate of item includes complete piping work for inlet, outlet, back wash system, of Heavy duty MS pipe of suitable size including providing connections and all fittings required at site, supply and fixing of butterfly type inlet/outlet valves, check valves (NRV) and air release valves at inlet/outlet and backwash system pipe line and all accessories as required at site complete, including painting of pipe line with colour code all as directed and required at site and directed by EIC. (iii) Contractor shall provide Control panel with starter for all the pumps and motors, dosing pump, agitator etc with cables from control panel to each individual pump/motor without any extra cost. (iv) Contractor shall provide CPVC pipe of min 15mm bore (size as recommended by OEM for free flow of solution from dosing plant to end destination) and suitable size for inlet./outlet pipe of pre chlorination, post treatment chlorination, Alum mixture and soda ash tank to water treatment plant i.e sedimentation tank & clear water sump complete. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of "outdoor cubial type" LT Distribution Board of suitable size factory fabricated CPRI approved with suitable neoprene rubber gasket to make it completely dust & vermin proof & degree of protecton not less than IP-43/42 and general construction confirming to IS-13947, front & back openable. The panel shall be provided with ventilation facility in the form of louvers for better heat dissipation & tinned copper bus-bar wrapped with coloured PVC tape/sleeves of rating in conformity to the Incoming MCCB rating. The panel board shall be fabricated out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet duly pre-treated & powder coated, supporting frame angle iron suitable for 3 Ph, 4 wire system 415/440 volts grade incl complete internal wiring incl cable glands of suitable sized incl PCC platform/plinth of sutiable size complete all as specified & as directed with & incl the following accessories : (BOREWELL PANEL) The busbar shall be made up of 04 Nos copper busbar 100A rated duly insulated with 1100 V Grade standard colour coated PVC sleeves and rigidly mounted on suitable sized 'F' class insulators of non hygrosopic, all internal connections from main busbar to switch gear etc. Item Continued as 11.42

(i) Input Voltage 300 Volt -480Volt. (ii) Output voltage stabilized at 415 V + 1%(Adjustable). (iii)Rated frequency 50 HZ. (iv) No distortion wave form. (v) Respond time shall not to exceed 10 Millisecond. (vi) Sensitivity (+) 1 %. (vii) Rate of correction 8 Volt /Second for single Phase and 20 Volt / Second for Phase to Phase. (viii) No load losses less than 0.5% and full load losses less than 2.5%. (ix) Duty cycle Continuous 24 x7. (x) Efficiency more than 95%. (xi) Type of load: 3 Phase, unbalance type. Protection: (i) Overload/ Short circuit protection. (ii) High /Low voltage cut off. (iii) By pass arrangement in case of emergency. (iv) Single Phase sequence change protection. NOTE: (i) Contractor shall take the approval of Make of Stabilizer before procurement from GE. (ii) Contractor shall submit general arrangement drg of stabilizer and get approval of GE before placing order. (iii) Test certificate and Purchase voucher to be submitted by contractor before claiming payment.
