Dismantling / Disconnection care fully existing U/S OCB of any capacity, any make and depositing to MES store yard complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of indoor type metal clad vaccum circuit breakers panel of capacity 11 KV, 800 Amp, 3 Phase, 3 wire, 50Hz having a fault level of 350 MVA at 11KV, 13.1 KA breaking capacity totally enclosed single bus bar for each phase, floor mounting, metal clad, indoor extensible type flush fronted, draw out type, horizontal/ vertical isolation type with Electrical and mechanical interlock and automatic safety shutter gear incling padlocking arrangement, isolation plugs, assembly of 3 vaccum interrupters with epoxy support insulations and self-aligning finger type isolation contracts, truck having integral racking with necessray interlocks (for insertion and withdrawl of VCB), manual and automatic motor charged independent closing/ tripping spring, trip free operating mechanism with closing and tripping push buttons and mechanical breakers, incling in-built battery backup system & all standard fitting and accessories of following specification for incoming, outgoing and bus coupler complete all as specified and as directed :- Specification of VCB (i) Bus bar chamber with 03 phase copper bus bar 630 Amp rating duly insulated -01 set (set of three) (ii) Electrical shunt trip coil 240 DC - 01 No (iii) Electriical closing coil 240 DC - 01 No

Material and labour for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically (depth of pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level), with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick packed alternate layers of charcoal dust and common salt, electrode connections using galvanized wire 4mm dia (upto body of equipment) by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts & GI washers, connected to main switch board or main control board or test point, protected by galvanized iron pipe light grade 15mm dia bore, and watering pipe 20mm dia bore GI medium grade with funnel & wire mesh including all necessary excavation & earth work, PCC chamber in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 & RCC cover, all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009), testing on completion, complete including dismantling of existing earthing all as specified and directed. Note(s) :- (i) RCC pit cover shall be pre-cast of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1, 80mm thick reinforced with XPM not less than 4Kg/Sqm. (ii) PCC chamber shall be constructed 500 mm away from the edge of earth pit. (iii) Rate shall include GI wire and protection pipe of length 7.5m, excess beyond 7.5m length required at site shall be measured and paid separately. (iv) Earth resistance should be less than 3 Ohm. In case the test results are not found below 3 Ohm, complete earthing will be redone without any extra cost to Govt.

M&L for Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable 3 core 95 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rubber mat of 1 Mtr x 2 mtr x 10mm having good finishing and suitable for electrical and other uses complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and testing for XPLE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts Earthed grade cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out old unserviceable under ground cable of any size from trenches, pipes, on pole etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning, factory assembled diesel Engine driven generating set, fully wired alternator AC to give an output of 62.5 KVA (CPCB Norms Compliance) continuously rating at a PF of 0.8 lagging, 415 Volts AC 3 phase 4 wire 50 Hz +/-1% supply, 1500 RPM, directly coupled with diesel engine. DG Set shall be Air cooled mounted on common base frame complete with fuel tank provided with in canopy on base frame (Service tank) of adequate capacity with fuel line and accssories, PCC foundation work as per manufacturer instructions, vibration and damper pads, control panel and other accessories etc and comprising of the following:- (a) Radiator with blower fan or heat exchanger with guard (b) Pipe coupling for engine cooling system piping (c) Corrosion inhbitor coolant (d) Paper element filters (i) Fuel (ii) Lube oil (e) Fly wheel housing and fly wheel to suit alternator (f) Engine bearing machanism in fly wheel housing (g) Shunt off coil with safeties for LLOP/HWT/over speed (h) Dry type air cleaners and vaccum indicators (j) Residential silencers (k) Stainless steel exhaust flexible bellows

Note(s) :- (i) RCC pit cover shall be pre-cast of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1, 80mm thick reinforced with XPM not less than 4Kg/Sqm. Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated screened, PVC beded galavanized steel strip or wire armound electric power cable (Heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with straned aluminum conductor of size 95 Sq mm 3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed.

External Water Supply

Dismantling /taking down of chlorination dosing pump of any make and depositing to MES store yard complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation and testing of chlorination dosing pump with drive 0.25 HP,1440 RPM single phase, Insulation IP-55, mounting- foot mounting, Gear ratio - 30:1, Agitator shaft SS-316 (FRP coated for Protection ), Agitator blade - SS-316 (FRP coated for Protection), Capacity: Preparation tank -170 Litres, Service Tank -100 Ltrs, MOC- Fiber glass reinforced polymer with and including following facilities :- (a ) 170 ltrs with lid, port hole inlet/out let /drain connection, level gauge, sludge collection facility etc and fitted with speed reducing motor & SS -316 agitator (FRP coated) (b) Service tank capacity 100 ltrs with lid port hole inlet / outlet/ drain connection level gauge etc colour - yellow / pastel blue complete all as specified and as directed. Make :Model CDS 1015 of RMCO or equivalent model of make specified here-in-after)

Supply laying and jointing 80mm bore tubing light grade galvanised with all fittings laid in trenches, complete all as specified and as directed.
