Excavation in foundation , trecnches including jungle clearance (for pipes & pits) up to all depths in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil including bailing of pumping out water, blasting soft/ hard rock or chiselling soft. Hard rock where blasting is prohibited all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, levelling of beds to correct grade including shoring srtutting, planking, timbering and dewatering wherever required, stacking the usable and un-usable material/soil separately and after laying, jointing and testing of pipes returning the usable soil to trenches in 15cm (fifteen centimeters) layers including consolidating of such deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all of all surplus soil un-usable materials as directed within all leads and lifts including rstoration of un-matalled surfaces to its original condition and also i/c cost of diversion of traffic, night signals, fixing caution boards crossing over trenches for access to houses, etc. complete in respects with all leads and lifts as per directed of Engineer-in-charge of the site of work.( Pick Jumper Work)

Laying jointing and testing of GMSERW pipe , cost of bends complete as per IS :1239-2004 (part-1) as per dimensions welding and test pressure mentioned below in a random leingth of 4 to 7 meter . The butt welded joints & MS flange as per table given below confirming to IS :6392-1971 and welding of flange with using welding rods of 2.5mm to 6.3mm of Advani Oerlikon (Adore)/EASB make confirming to IS:814-1991 at site complete in all respect including manual/mechanical leads of pipesThe laying of pipe shall confirm to BIS 5822 (With latest ammendment upto date), in all leads and lifts and to entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge complete in all respect.

Circumferential butt welding with Three layers joints by electrical are welding to following dia &class pipe welded in requisite number of weld run so as to achieve the minimum effective 'throat thicknessof weld conforming to SI816-1969 specification by welding electrodes of 2.5 mm to 6.3mm of Advani oerlikon (Abore)- CITOJT/ ESAB make conforming to IS 814-1991 at site of work complete in all respects including manual/ mechinal handing of pipe in all leads lifts to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
