Dismantling floor, hearth and wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but excluding backing), removing rubbish off the premises complete all as directed.

M & L for coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but n.exc 0.18 sqm, laid in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tile over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed light coloured/printed ceramic tiles 300x200x7mm thick in vertical surfaces such as skirting, dado etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry, pointed in white or coloured cement to match colour of tiles, over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes etc of capacity upto 500 litre and writing the date of cleaning on water tank with white/Blacke paint complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 1000 litres capacity rotational moulded polye-thylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I with and including 20mm bore dia ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed including dismantling of old tank of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 2000 litres capacity rotational moulded polye-thylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I with and including 20mm bore dia ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed including dismantling of old tank of any description complete all as specified and as directed.
