The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under - (i) Joint strength inlongitueinal and transverse direction at 23 degree C as 650/450N/5cms (ii) Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300 / 250 N/. Softening point of membrane not less than 150 degree C Cold flexibility upto 20 degree C when tested in accordance with ASTM (D05147) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 , mixed with water proofing compound, on brick or concrete surfaces of wall of sunken portion, trowelled to even and smooth finish without using extra cement with WPC paid and measered sepretly complete all as specified and directed.
