Brick work using common burnt clay buyilding bricks in foundation and plinth & in superstructure in cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement :6 sand) second class bricks

2nd class Half brick masonary using common burnt clay building bricks in CM 1:4 (1 cement :4 sand) within all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

20mm thick cement plaster in single coat on rough side of stone /brick masonry walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises, internal rounded angles, in all girth chamfers and / or rounded angles and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:3 (1cement:3sand) complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Distempering (two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth in all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections trusses and framed work, including cutting hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in gratings framed guard, bars,ladders railling, brackets and similar work in all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surface under cost with ready mixed paint brushing the give and even shade including cleaning the surface from all dirt dust and other foreign matter with ready mixed paint other than wihite in all leads and lifts.

Boulder filling under floors/behind retaining wall as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8(1cement:4sand:8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Hirmachi colour wash on decorated wall surfaces (Three coats) to give an even shade i/c thoroughly brooming the surfaces to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and loose scales of hirmachi wash and other foreign matter.
