Annual maintenance services for 1 MW-PVPCS inverter as per details below- Rating- 1MW MAKE- TMEIC NOTE- The AMC services shall be provided strictly through the OEM.Spare exclusions: Above contract is excluding following spares: a) Consumable spares b) Ageing spares, wound components c) ACB breaker components d)The contract with OEM for this item should have validity of 1 Calender year. e) The scope of AMC contract shall be as per Annex A attached

Supply only of MS Fire bucket 5 LTR capacity of fire approved quality, painted RED. (One Set = 6 Buckets + 1 Stand)

Supply only of ABC powder type fire extinguisher 6kg capacity.

Supply and fix 5amp 1000v DC fuse for solar inverter.

Supply and fix 15amp 1000v DC fuse for solar scb.

Supply & installation of Cable jointing kit for 240 sqmm x 1 Core DC Cable

Supply & installation of MC4 male connectors with suitable lugs for 4 Sqmm Cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & installation of MC4 female connectors with suitable lugs for 4 Sqmm Cable complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only of copper DC String cable of 1C x 4 Sqmm Solar grade, UV resistant 1.5 kV DC Cables confirming to IEC IEC 60754-1 & IEC 60754-2, IEC 60332-1, IEC 60332-3-24., IEC 61034. Temperature range -40 to +900 C complete all as specified and directed.

Laying only of Main DC Cable of 1Cx240 Sqmm Aluminium, armoured Cable confirming to EN 50618 complete all as specified and directed.

Laying only of un-reinforced precast half round pipe of size 150mm x 6mm for cable protection all as specified and directed. Note - For item no. 9,10,11 (i) Material will be supplied under Schedule 'B'. (ii) Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separatly.

Cleaning of Solar PV modules (1 repitition per month) by washing plants, sprays, brushes, tools and plants, any washing solutions as site requirements, area cleaning, removing of grases,bushes etc. for solar power plant complete all as directed by the Engr-in?charge/GE

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan, laying/removing of pipes, etc and getting out in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, Filling in, including spreading, levelling , watering and well ramming in layers n exc. 25 cm and not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point in excavated rock complete all as per specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point in Rock complete all as specified and directed.
