Shifting of pump assemblies and allied accessories of 20 cusec - VT pumping unit from LIS/DW stn. Takenwari old to workshop for conducting repairs, replacements, etc including handling and carriage charges.
Complete servicing of bowl assembly of the pumping unit (complete washing, cleaning and drying at workshop). The job also includes cutting of rusted nuts/ bolts by using oxy-acetylene as gas cutter.
Complete polishing/finishing of impeller shaft & impeller blade edges
Manufacturing, providing and fitting of bronze bush (as per sample) to the suction bell after extracting the old/ damaged bush.
Providing/ manufacturing and fitting of new GM bushes to the diffuser assembly top, intermediate and bottom as per sample.
Providing/fitting of line shaft in segments after machining and making threads as per sample in segments (total 5 feet long) from 50mm dia SS bar grade(410). The dia of shaft should be 40mm after all machining processes.

Fabrication, providing and fitting of new Stainless Steel Sleeve from 70mm dia 200mm length SS Bar to required dia of 60mm and 200mm length after all machining & boring processes.
Fabrication, providing and fitting of new Stainless Steel coupling to the line shaft of ND 40mm (as per sample) from 60mm dia 100mm dia bar including its proper machining, locking and finishing.
Fabrication ,Manufacturing & fitting of MS line shaft guide/Bearing spider to replace damaged bearing spider to hold the line shaft in proper alignment
Providing and fitting of rubber bush (as per sample) to the bearing spider
Providing and fitting of bolts with nuts, washers of assorted sizes for column pipe joints, discharge elbow joint, packing box, etc.
Providing and fitting of gasket to discharge elbow joint of Teflon rubber material (as per sample size).
Shifting of repaired/ replaced pump sub-assemlies from workshop to site including loading, unloading and carriage charges. Job includes charges on account of tools, tackles or any other items required in logistics. The job also includes reassembling of pump, coupling and alignment with motor by skilled labour and then testing on load of repaired pump set at site.
