Execution of canal distribution network for a total Culturable Command Area of 2800 ha. in underground pipe line system for Extension of Harabhangi Irrigation Project on " EPC - Turn Key " basis including planning, Designing, Testing of materials, providing & laying of approved standard length ISI mark Mild steel round pipe/ D.I pipe/ Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastic (GRP) pipe/ HDPE pipes having designed test pressure with suitable jointing material as per IS specification (standard specification annex separately in technical bid) for different pipe materials as applicable, C.I Air valves, Reflux valves, Butterfly valves, Sluice valves, reducer, Tee and bend, nuts & bolts and other construction materials etc. of required sizes, Specification and of approved make and quality including cost of all materials, labour charges, loading & unloading charges, transportation charges, cost of lowering, laying and jointing to proper position including earth work in excavation of trenches in all kinds of soils, D.I, Rock strata and with sand cushion of approved thickness for pipes and proper compaction in foundations between top and bottom plugs in layers and back filling with suitable excavated/borrow earth and including cost of Cement Concreting / R.C.C of approved grades, Flush Structures and Turnout structures at required locations as per design etc. complete with all other ancillary works to complete the pipe network, including formation of Panipanchayat with preparation & approval of beneficiary list, including Operation & maintenance for UGPL irrigation network for 2800 ha. of CCA for five years or five Khariff / five Rabi crop season whichever is later after commissioning of UGPL irrigation system including cost of all materials, labour, all taxes, cess etc. complete to provide successful irrigation to ayacut of 2800 Ha as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.
